摘    要:促进学生的个性发展是教育改革深化和发展的重要标志,也是教育创新的重要内容.高等教育要促进学生的个性发展,必须在教学管理上重视个性的自由发展.本文首先对"个性"进行了界定,提出了高等教育的目的在于促进学生的个性发展,要实现这个目的,必须要树立正确的高等教育价值观、人才观和管理观;接着分析了当前我国高等教育和高等教育管理制度中存在的问题,提出必须改进教学管理制度,改革人才培养模式,完善专业设置和课程编制,促进学生的个性发展;最后指出教学管理制度与学生个性发展之间的矛盾是永恒的,也是促进高等教育改革和发展的动因.

Abstract:To promote the development of students' personality is the important symbol of educational reform and the main content of educational innovation.We must pay more attention to students' personality in teaching administration system.The essay firstly gives the definition of personality,and points out that the aim of higher education is to develop students' personality.To achieve this goal,we should build up proper viewpoints of values,talents and administration in higher education.Then,the essay gives a detailed analysis of the problems in management systems in our higher education,and gives opinions that it's an urgent need to improve the reform of teaching administration,the training mode of qualified personnel and the specialties setup.In the end of the essay,the author puts forward that the objective contradiction between teaching administration system and students' personality development is permanent and it is also the driving force of higher education reform and development.
