| 摘 要： | “红船精神”是建设“重要窗口”的精神源动力，在建设“重要窗口”的实践中焕发着时代光辉。从“红船精神”到建设“重要窗口”，体现出习近平总书记对浙江高质量发展的持续思考和殷切嘱托。“红船精神”对于激励建设“重要窗口”的实践价值集中表现为：首创精神彰显建设“重要窗口”实践品格，奋斗精神赋予建设“重要窗口”实践动力，奉献精神规定建设“重要窗口”实践旨归。对标对表“重要窗口”，浙江坚持以“红船精神”为指引，遵循“人民至上-政治建设-抢占发展高地-构建新发展格局”的实践逻辑，聚焦坚持以人民为中心，把政治建设摆在首位，抢占数字经济新高地，构建新发展格局，为新时代坚持和发展中国特色社会主义提供浙江经验。

| Abstract: | Red Boat Spirit is the spiritual source power for the construction of the “Important Window”, and it shows the brilliance of times in the practice. From the Red Boat Spirit to the construction of the “Important Window”, it has reflected Xi Jinping's continuous consideration and earnest instructions for the development of Zhejiang. The practical value of the Red Boat Spirit in encouraging the construction of the “Important Window” is concentrated in the following aspects: the pioneering spirit highlights the practical character of the construction of the “Important Window”; the striving spirit endows the practical power of the construction of the “Important Window”; and the dedication spirit stipulates the practical purpose of the construction of the “Important Window”. According to the standards to build the “Important Window”, Zhejiang adheres to the Red Boat Spirit's guide, following the practice logic of focusing on a people-centered approach, putting the political construction first, seizing the new heights of the digital economy, building up new development pattern, and contributing Zhejiang experience for upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. |
