膏摩治疗踝关节扭伤后期患者疗效观察

摘    要:目的 观察及对比以膏摩法和“消痛贴膏外敷加主动功能锻炼”两种治疗手段治疗踝关节扭伤后期患者的临床疗效及疼痛改善情况。方法 将93例患者采用随机对照的研究方法分为治疗组(膏摩疗法)和对照组(消痛贴膏外敷和主动功能锻炼),观察并对比两组临床疗效,采用视觉模拟评分(visual analog scale,VAS)评价患踝疼痛程度。结果 两组临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组VAS评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),治疗组治疗前后VAS差值显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 膏摩法和“消痛贴膏外敷加主动功能锻炼”对踝关节扭伤后疼痛均具有一定疗效,膏摩组疗效相对更优。

Clinical Effect of Ointment Massage in Treatment of Late-stage Ankle Sprain

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effects of ointment massage and external application of Xiaotong Plaster combined with active functional exercise in the treatment of late-stage ankle sprain and the pain relief in patients receiving the two therapies.Methods A randomized controlled study was performed, and a total of 93 patients were randomly divided into treatment group (ointment massage) and control group (external application of Xiaotong Plaster combined with active functional exercise). The clinical effect was observed and compared between the two groups, and the Visual Analog Scale (VAS) was used to evaluate the pain degree in the diseased ankle. Results There was a significant difference in the clinical outcome between the two groups (P<0.05). Both groups showed significant reductions in VAS score after treatment (P<0.05), and the treatment group showed a significantly greater reduction in VAS score after treatment compared with the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Ointment massage and external application of Xiaotong Plaster combined with active functional exercise have certain clinical effects in the treatment of pain after ankle sprain, and ointment massage has a better clinical effect.
