| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨痰热清注射液联合抗生素治疗非重症成人社区获得性肺炎（community acquired pneumonia，CAP）的临床疗效。方法 将60例非重症成人CAP患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组30例，对照组采用青霉素类/酶抑制剂复合物（哌拉西林舒巴坦）或三代头孢菌素（头孢唑肟）进行抗感染治疗，观察组在对照组基础上采用痰热清注射液静脉滴注。两组患者均连续治疗10 d后，比较两组临床疗效、临床症状改善情况、白细胞计数、中性粒细胞比值、C-反应蛋白（c-reactive protein，CRP）的变化情况及不良反应。结果 观察组临床疗效优于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组退热时间及啰音消失时间均短于对照组（P<0.05）；两组治疗后白细胞计数、中性粒细胞比值、CRP水平均低于同组治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组在降低白细胞计数、中性粒细胞比值、CRP水平方面优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 痰热清注射液联合抗生素治疗非重症成人CAP能够有效改善患者的临床症状，降低白细胞计数、中性粒细胞比值以及CRP水平。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tanreqing Injection combined with antibiotics in the treatment of non-severe adult community-acquired pneumonia (CAP). Methods A total of 60 patients with non-severe CAP were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given anti-infective therapy with penicillin/enzyme inhibitor compounds (piperacillin and sulbactam) or third-generation cephalosporin (ceftizoxime), and those in the observation group were given intravenous drip of Tanreqing Injection in addition to the treatment in the control group. After treatment for 10 consecutive days, the two groups were compared in terms of clinical outcome, improvement in clinical symptoms, changes in leukocyte count, neutrophil ratio, and C-reactive protein (CRP), and adverse events. Results The observation group had a significantly better clinical outcome than the control group (P<0.05). The observation group had significantly shorter fever clearance time and time to disappearance of rales than the control group (P<0.05). Both groups had significant reductions in leukocyte count, neutrophil ratio, and CRP after treatment (P<0.05), and compared with the control group, the observation group had significantly greater improvements in leukocyte count, neutrophil ratio, and CRP (P<0.05). Conclusion In patients with non-severe adult CAP, Tanreqing Injection combined with antibiotic can effectively improve their clinical symptoms and reduce leukocyte count, neutrophil ratio, and CRP. |
