| 摘 要： | 目的 观察消炎去脂片结合中药面膜治疗痤疮的疗效。方法 将符合诊断标准的64例患者随机分为3组：联合组24例，接受消炎去脂片联合中药面膜治疗；消炎去脂片组20例，接受消炎去脂片口服治疗；中药面膜组20例，接受自制中药面膜外敷治疗。观察3组患者的疗效及病情分级评分情况。结果 3组临床疗效的分布比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），联合组临床疗效显著优于消炎去脂片组和中药面膜组；3组治疗后病情分级评分均较治疗前显著降低（P＜0.05），联合组治疗后病情分级评分显著低于中药面膜组和消炎去脂片组(P＜0.05)。结论 消炎去脂片与中药面膜联用的疗效优于单用的疗效。

Clinical Efficacy of Xiaoyan Quzhi Tablet Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Facial Mask in Treatment of Acne: A Clinical Study |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xiaoyan Quzhi Tablet combined with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) facial mask in the treatment of acne. Methods A total of 64 patients who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into combination group (24 patients treated with Xiaoyan Quzhi Tablet combined with TCM facial mask), Xiaoyan Quzhi Tablet group (20 patients treated with oral Xiaoyan Quzhi Tablet), and TCM facial mask group (20 patients treated with external application of self-made TCM facial mask). The clinical outcome and disease grading score were observed in these groups. Results The clinical outcome distribution showed significant differences across the three groups (P<0.05), and the combination group had a significantly better clinical outcome than the Xiaoyan Quzhi Tablet group and TCM facial mask group. All the three groups showed significant reductions in disease grading score after treatment (P<0.05), and the combination group had a significantly lower disease grading score than the TCM facial mask group and Xiaoyan Quzhi Tablet group (P<0.05). Conclusion Xiaoyan Quzhi Tablet combined with TCM facial mask has better clinical efficacy than Xiaoyan Quzhi Tablet or TCM facial mask alone. |
