| Abstract: | There appeared multi-ethnic circles of literati in Yuan Dynasty founded by Mongolia nationality . The paper analyzes the characteristics of multi-ethnic circles of literati in regions south of Yangtze River: compared with circles of scholars in Khankaliq, there were more tours and banquets, more retired officials and monks in the circles of literati; in the late Yuan the non Han Nationality scholars mourned and acknowledged patriotic literati. Under the influence of South Yangtze River culture, the literati were more and more elegant. The ethnic character, national psychology and nationality religion which were presented by the scholars of the minority nationality, also imported the diverse and inclusive South Yangtze River culture, and added new color to it. |
