牛膝不同提取部位抗炎镇痛及抗迟发型超敏反应的作用

摘    要:目的 观察牛膝不同提取部位的抗炎镇痛及抗迟发型超敏反应的作用。方法 采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀实验、热板实验及醋酸诱导小鼠扭体实验,观察牛膝不同提取部位的抗炎镇痛作用;采用2,4-二硝基氯苯(2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene, DNCB)诱导的小鼠迟发型超敏反应来观察牛膝不同提取部位的抗迟发型超敏反应作用。结果 牛膝的正丁醇提取部位能显著减轻二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀(P<0.05),显著延长小鼠在热板上的舔足时间以及减少醋酸诱导的小鼠扭体次数(P<0.05),明显降低DNCB诱导的迟发型超敏反应小鼠的耳肿胀度、胸腺指数及脾指数(P<0.05);石油醚提取部位和乙酸乙酯提取部位对二甲苯诱导的炎症、热板和醋酸诱导的疼痛及DNCB诱导的迟发型超敏反应之部分指标有明显抑制作用(P<0.05)。结论 牛膝的正丁醇提取部位具有显著的抗炎镇痛以及抗迟发型超敏反应作用。

Anti-inflammatory and Analgesic Effects of Different Extracts of Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix and Their Effects against Delayed-type Hypersensitivity

Abstract:Objective To investigate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of different extracts of Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix and their effects against delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH). Methods The dimethylbenzene-induced mouse ear-swelling test, hot plate test, and acetic acid-induced mouse writhing test were performed to observe the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of different extracts of Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix. The 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB) was used to induce DTH in mice, and the effects of different extracts of Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix against DTH were examined. Results The n-butyl alcohol extract of Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix significantly reduced the ear swelling induced by dimethylbenzene (P<0.05), significantly prolonged the licking time on hot plate and reduced the times of writhing induced by acetic acid (P<0.05), and significantly reduced ear swelling, thymus index, and spleen index in mice with DNCB-induced DTH (P<0.05). The petroleum ether and ethyl acetate extracts of Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix significantly inhibited some indices of the inflammation induced by dimethylbenzene, the pain induced by hot plate and acetic acid, and DNCB-induced DTH (P<0.05). Conclusion The n-butyl alcohol extract of Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix has significant anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and anti-DTH effects.
