仿生物电刺激序贯循经按摩乳房经穴治疗产后乳腺炎临床观察

摘    要:目的 观察仿生物电刺激序贯循经按摩乳房经穴治疗产后乳腺炎的临床疗效。方法 将64例产后早期乳腺炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组32例;对照组给予常规基础治疗和口服抗生素,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予仿生物电刺激序贯循经乳房经穴按摩,疗程均为7 d;分别记录两组患者治疗前及治疗后3、5、7 d疼痛视觉模拟量表(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分、乳汁排泄评分、体温及肿块最大横截面面积变化、白细胞(white blood cell count,WBC)计数、中性粒细胞(neutrophil ,NEU)计数、C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、白细胞介素-1(interleukin-1,IL-1)、白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)水平变化,并根据症状、体征及炎症反应指标评价临床疗效。结果 观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组疼痛、乳汁排泄情况、体温、肿块最大横截面面积改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后WBC、NEU、CRP、IL-1、IL-6水平均显著降低(P<0.05);两组WBC、NEU比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后5、7 d观察组CRP水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后7 d观察组IL-1水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后5 d观察组IL-6水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 仿生物电刺激序贯循经乳房经穴按摩可以显著改善产妇乳腺炎疼痛程度,提高乳汁排出量,减轻机体炎症反应。

Clinical Effect of Biomimetic Electrical Stimulation Combined with Sequential Meridian Massage at Breast Meridian Points in Treatment of Postpartum Mastitis

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of biomimetic electrical stimulation combined with sequential meridian massage at breast meridian points in the treatment of postpartum mastitis. Methods A total of 64 patients with early-stage postpartum mastitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 32 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine basic treatment and oral antibiotics, while those in the observation group were given biomimetic electrical stimulation combined with sequential meridian massage at breast meridian points in addition to the treatment in the control group; the course of treatment was 7 days for both groups. Related indices were recorded for both groups before treatment and on days 3, 5, and 7 of treatment, including visual analogue scale (VAS) score, milk excretion score, body temperature, maximum cross-sectional area of mass, white blood cell (WBC)count, neutrophil (NEU)count, C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin-1 (IL-1), and interleukin-6 (IL-6), and treatment outcome was evaluated based on symptoms, signs, and inflammatory response indices. Results The observation group had a significantly better treatment outcome than the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the observation group had significantly better improvements in pain, milk excretion, body temperature, and maximum cross-sectional area of mass after treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, both groups had significant reductions in the levels of WBC, NEU, CRP, IL-1, and IL-6 (P<0.05), and there was no significant difference in WBC or NEU between the two groups; on days 5 and 7 of treatment, the observation group had a significantly lower level of CRP than the control group (P<0.05); on day 7 of treatment, the observation group had a significantly lower level of IL-1 than the control group (P<0.05), and on day 5 of treatment, the observation group had a significantly lower level of IL-6 than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In patients with postpartum mastitis, biomimetic electrical stimulation combined with sequential meridian massage at breast meridian points can significantly improve the degree of pain, increase milk excretion, and help to alleviate inflammatory response of the body.
