| 摘 要： | 劳动模范在我国改革开放和社会主义现代化建设中发挥着重要作用。劳动模范作用的理论概述起源于延安时期,其作用贯穿于社会主义建设、改革开放以及实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的新时代等各个时期,在不同的历史时期具有不同的表现和内涵。在开启全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程的历史条件下,要使劳动模范更好地发挥作用,必须在加强劳模管理制度建设,宣传劳模、弘扬崇尚劳动的社会风气等方面做好工作。

| Abstract: | Model workers play a key role in China''s reform and opening up and socialist modernization. The theoretical overview of the role of model workers was originated in the Yan''an period. The role of model workers runs through different periods such as socialist construction, reform and opening up, and realizing the new era of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, and has different manifestations and connotations in different periods. The study believes that under the historical conditions of starting a new journey of building a socialist modem country in an all-round way, in order to make model workers play a better role, we must do a good job in strengthening the construction of model workers management system, publicizing model workers, and carrying forward the social atmosphere of advocating labor. |
