列宁劳动教育思想的内涵和实践路径论析

摘    要:科学的劳动观和劳动教育思想,是列宁思想体系中的重要组成部分。本研究对列宁劳动教育思想及其实践路径进行了分析和梳理。研究认为,列宁的劳动教育思想深刻揭示了劳动对人的成长的决定性作用,阐明了苏维埃政权下劳动教育的内容、方法和战略地位,并通过实践的大力推动,在全社会逐渐形成了劳动光荣的良好氛围,为培养一代共产主义青年提供了理论指导和实践指向。列宁劳动教育思想的当代启示体现在:首先,劳动教育是培养社会主义建设者和接班人的根本战略任务;其次,新时代大中小学劳动教育的关键在于理论和实践的高度统一;再次,劳动教育的内容和方法要与时俱进、勇于创新;最后,劳动教育要形成“学校、家庭、社会”三位一体的教育合力。

Abstract:The scientific notions of labor and labor education thought are an important component of Lenin''s ideological system. The current study analyzes and sorts out Lenin''s labor education thought and its practice path. The study believes that Lenin''s labor education thought has profoundly revealed the decisive role of labor on the development of the humans, and clarified the content, methods and strategic position of labor education under the Soviet society. After the labor education thought has been vigorously promoted through practice, a positive atmosphere of glorious labor has gradually been established in the whole society, and it provides theoretical guidance and practical direction for cultivating a generation of communist youth. Thus, the conterqxjraiy enlightenment of Lenin''s labor education thought is embodied in the following aspects. First, labor education is the fundamental strategic task of cultivating socialist builders and successors. Secondly, the key to labor education in the new era lies in the high degree of unification of its theory and practice. Thirdly the contents and methods of labor education must keep pace with the times and have the courage to bring forth new ideas. And finally, labor education has to take a form of a trinity ofjoined educational force of*''the school, family and society".
