用偏振光摄影固定深色纺织物上的灰尘痕迹

深色纺织物上的微弱灰尘指印、足迹等是刑事案件现场中常见的痕迹。偏振光摄影能够有效加强灰尘痕迹与纺织物之间的反差,还能有效地压暗背景光的亮度,减弱甚至消除背景花纹和颜色的干扰。利用偏振光摄影与其它技术手段相结合可有效固定深色纺织物上微弱的灰尘类痕迹。     

用偏振光与分色照相结合拍摄现场纺织品灰尘痕迹的探讨

介绍笔者利用偏振光照相拍摄深色衣物上微弱灰尘鞋印,偏振光与分色照相结合拍摄彩色纺织品上灰尘手印,进一步总结偏振光、偏振光与分色照相结合拍摄固定纺织物上微弱灰尘痕迹的原理和作用。     

非常态下疑似血迹的快速定性研究

利用UV-2450型紫外可见分光光度计的积分球附件,对几种非常态下血迹进行检验,纱布上热水浸泡自来水水洗过的血迹光谱有3个波谷分别位于280nm、414nm、540nm^577nm处,4个波峰分别位于250nm、310nm、372nm和510nm处,阳光、紫外光照射的血迹280nm、414nm、540nm^577nm处存在波谷,250nm、310nm、372nm和510nm处存在波峰,亚硝酸钠化的血迹较新鲜血迹在250nm、280nm、310nm和414nm处波峰波谷位置没有差异,560nm处波峰不明显,535nm^570nm处几乎平滑成一处波谷,而在630nm处出现高铁血红蛋白特定波谷。紫外可见分光光度计可以快速无损对非常态血迹进行定性。     

浅谈犯罪现场血迹形态的记录方法

暴力犯罪的案件现场通常会遗留有血迹。现场血迹的形状、物理性质、遗留位置、分布特点等,都是血迹形态分析和犯罪现场重现的重要信息。分析和重现工作并非都在现场完成,而是需要将现场搜集的资料带回实验室进行研究和分析。因此,勘查人员掌握和利用现场勘查笔录、现场制图、现场照相、现场录像等方法,客观、完整、准确地记录犯罪现场的血迹形态具有重要意义。     

利用鞋底镶嵌物特征破获杀人案1例

一、案件及现场情况2005年7月18日,李某(男,66岁)在其家养殖场厕所中被人打死。现场位于某村东李某家养殖场厕所内,李某养殖场院门北侧为正房,院门南侧有一厕所。厕所内靠西北角地面上有血泊,厕所内靠西墙上有点状血迹,两个茅坑中间有一块红砖,砖上有血迹。

依据痕迹学的理论基础,若把血液看作造痕体,则血迹形态便是造痕体在不同力的作用下在不同承痕体上的形态反映.解释血迹形态的根本属性,将血迹形态分析归纳为力的分析,可为血迹形态分析走向规范指明方向.     

四种介质上不同高度垂直滴落状血迹形态研究

滴落状血迹是刑事案件现场常见血迹类型之一。滴落状血迹是指血液呈自由落体运动状态在承载客体上形成的血迹。通过对不同客体表面、不同高度进行的实验,利用JrulerPro的屏幕测量软件和Q检验法对血滴的直径、锯齿、卫星点等进行分析和处理,发现直径和锯齿这两个特征值,可以用线性回归模型较好地拟合,可以作为分析现场滴落状血迹的参考;而卫星点这一特征不能用线性回归模型进行拟合,但根据客体的不同,也有一定的规律性。     

深色毛衣上烟晕的发现──红外反射照相

前言在枪击案中，烟晕的发现可解决火药种类及射击距离等问题。对浅色客体上的烟晕常用肉眼、放大镜和体视显微镜观察［１］，但对深色客体如深色衣服上的烟晕，由于客体颜色的干扰而无法确定．为此，采用红外鉴别仪观察［２］，通过两种不同物质对红外光线的吸收能力的差异，达到鉴别烟晕痕迹的大小及分布情况的目的，以解决枪案中的火药种类以及近距离射击的有关问题。红外反射鉴别原理当红外光线照到附着烟晕的物体表面时，由于不同物质吸收或反射红外光线的能力差异，当物质的反射能力大于吸收能力时，在红外鉴别仪的视野中是明亮的，反…
