夏令营与华文教育关系探讨——以2008年瑞安市华裔青少年“寻根之旅”夏令营为个案

"寻根之旅"夏令营是国务院侨办推动华裔青少年华文教育的品牌项目之一。本文以2008年瑞安市华裔青少年"寻根之旅"夏令营为个案,重在探讨夏令营与国内华文教育的关系,分析影响华文教育的相关因素。笔者认为,夏令营是华文教育的一种新形式,是国内华文教育和海外华文教学新的连接点。

“中国寻根之旅”夏令营现状研究——基于官方网上平台的分析

2012年,国侨办创办了海外华裔青少年夏令营网上交流平台。网上平台的数据显示,2012年至2016年北京华文学院承办的夏令营规模不断扩大、营员来源地愈加广泛,反映出网上平台的建立有效地提高了"中国寻根之旅"夏令营在海外的知名度。夏令营类型多样、课程设置较为丰富、经典汉语教材和自编教材结合使用、评估方法多样,表明夏令营现状较为喜人。但仍存在很多问题,急需华文教育工作者不断提高:需要对夏令营工作的相关人员进行专业培训,以更好地利用网上平台为侨服务;需加大宣传力度,使营员来源地更加广泛;针对营员低龄化趋势,需摒弃单一的课堂教学模式,推出更适合该年龄段的精品课程;要不断创办新的主题特色营,以满足各个年龄段的华裔青少年的不同需求     

试析对“洋留守华裔”华文教育的路径选择——以浙江重点侨乡青田县为例

近年来,有越来越多的"洋留守华裔"生活、学习在浙江省青田县等侨乡,凸显强化对他们华文教育的迫切性。对"洋留守华裔"开展华文教育,有就近施教的便利,还是联谊海外侨胞的重要渠道。只要围绕华文教育的最终目标,明确政府、家庭、学校各施教主体的职责,以语言习得为重点,以传统节庆活动为抓手,提升施教的手段方法,完善施教的内容,这定有助于构建对"洋留守华裔"华文教育的有效路径。

对海外华裔青少年夏令营活动的若干建议与构想

对海外华裔青少年进行民族语言与文化的教育是华文教育工作的重要内容,举办各种类型的夏令营是国侨办和各地侨办及各华文教育基地普遍采用的方式。实现教学和管理的规范化、科学化、模式化是目前各主办、承办单位的共识。本文着重从侨务工作的角度,就此提出相应的建议与构想。     

论五六十年代的台湾文学及其对海外华文文学的影响

五六十年代的台湾文学在中华文化的逻辑发展上 ,呈现出与同时期大陆文学不同的运动轨迹与存在形态 ,形成台湾文学现代性的独特性格 ,并为台湾文学的发展提供了新的基础和范式。而台湾的海外知识移民形成了这一时期最有影响的一个海外华文文学作家群 ,成为海外华文文学的重要收获和代表 ,深远地影响了欧美华文文学的发展。东南亚华裔青年学生到台湾留学 ,以及台湾作家到东南亚华人社会讲学、参与文学营等活动 ,扩大了台湾文学对东南亚的影响 ,形成了这一时期东南亚华文文学发展中的台湾文学因素。     

马来西亚国民型华文小学多元化现象

马来西亚国民型华文小学(华小)是以华语为媒介语的小学。现今一些华小,学生的族群背景已开始从单一种族走向多元种族,即从早期以华裔学生为主到近期非华裔学生人数不断增长,学生来源不再维持单元化。多元化的学生背景给教学和行政带来了改变,尤其是校内的交际语言。根据对一所多元种族学生的华小所进行的观察,全校学生不只是华裔,三分之一是马来人、印度人和其他种族。校内的各族学生并用华语、马来语或其他各自母语来沟通。老师中也包括不谙华语的马来教师,因此校内行政运作的语言是华语和马来语并用,但逐步转向单用马来语。华小的各种改变和现状调查对国内外关心华文教育者有重要的参考价值。华小学生和教师的族群和母语背景不再单元化,意味着华文教育本质发生变化。华小走向多元化,是华文教育的一大挑战。

“海外华裔青少年中国寻根之旅”夏令营是国务院侨办创立的华文教育工作的一种方式。今天的“寻根之旅”不再是单纯的“旅游+教学”,自2010年开始转型调整,进入内涵发展的新时期。寻根之旅夏令营呈现出创新意识加强、功能不断丰富、教学高端化、运行程序规范化以及充分展示大侨务工作格局等特点。
