论邓小平新时期统一战线理论的哲学基础

邓小平新时期统一战线理论(以下简称邓小平统战理论)是邓小平理论的重要组成部分 ,是马克思主义与中国共产党人统一战线工作实践相结合的产物 ,是邓小平创造性地运用马克思主义辩证唯物论和唯物辩证法解决中国统一战线具体问题的典范。研究邓小平统战理论的哲学基础 ,探索其理论体系的建构和创新形成的轨迹 ,揭示其所具有的唯物与辩证的特征 ,将为我们学会运用马克思主义立场、观点和方法提供有益的启示。     

统一战线与马克思主义的中国化、时代化、大众化

自1848年《共产党宣言》问世以来,马克思主义诞生距今已经一百六十多年。马克思主义传入中国、中国共产党成立,也已九十多年。统一战线理论是马克思主义基本理论的重要组成部分,中国共产党将马克思主义统战理论同中国革命和建设的具体实践相结合,形成了中国特色的统一战线理论、方针和政策。中国共产党始终把统一战线作为党的总路线总政策的重要组成部分,在实践中不断丰富和发展。从国情出发,使统一战线中国化;与时俱进,使统一战线时代化;同心同行,使统一战线大众化。     

新时期统战文化特征刍议

在新时期,研究以中国优秀传统文化为根基的统战文化有着重要的意义。统战文化是中华民族具有凝聚力和生命力的优秀文化之一,它形成于新民主主义革命时期,直接来源于党的统战工作实践,并在社会主义现代化建设的实践中得到不断丰富和完善。新时期的统战文化以"和合"为基础,是马克思主义大团结与大联合统战文化永恒的主题。统战文化是党的统一战线理论、中国传统文化和中国共产党统一战线工作实践的有机结合体;政治性是统战文化的本质特征;实现祖国的完全统一是统战文化的历史使命。     

贯彻全国统战宣传工作会议精神充分发挥统战刊物的作用

今年５月底，全国统一战线宣传工作会议在京召开。全国政协副主席、中央统战部长王兆国同志在会上就加强统战宣传工作作了重要讲话。他指出，统一战线宣传工作是统一和提高全党对统战工作认识的重要手段。要把统一战线这个法宝向党内同志讲清楚，就必须广泛深入开展统一战线的新闻舆论宣传和教育工作，只有宣传工作到位了，思想认识才能到位，才能使全党同志特别是各级领导干部了解统一战线的优良传统，认清统一战线在党的全局工作中的地位和作用，熟悉统一战线的理论、方针和政策，落实中央关于统一战线工作的各项部署，形成全党重视、支持…     

科学发展观与统一战线

科学发展观是我国经济社会科学发展的重要指导方针,也是统一战线事业科学发展的重要指导方针.科学发展观涵盖了新世纪新阶段的统战观;统战观是科学发展观的题中之义.巩固和壮大新世纪新阶段的统一战线是贯彻落实科学发展观的必然要求.做好新形势下的统战工作,既要提高认识,准确把握科学发展观的科学内涵和基本要求,将其融入统一战线工作实践,又要适应科学发展观的要求,突出统一战线"大团结、大联合"的主题,发挥优势,着力协调好"五大关系",以服务于科学发展的大局.     

“社会主义劳动者之间的统一战线”概念界定

邓小平在论述我国新时期统一战线范围时，提出了一个重要思想即“社会主义劳动者之间也有统一战线”。（见1998年3月中共中央党校出版社出版的《邓小平统一战线理论读本》第32页）为了把这个问题搞清楚、弄准确，中共中央统战部和中央统战理论研究室，把“社会主义劳动者之间的统一战线问题”作为1999年全国统战理论研究的重点课题，并指定辽宁、上海等几个省、市分别从不同方面进行研讨。我们在研究过程中认识到，只有首先把“社会主义劳动者之间的统一战线”主要是“社会主义劳动者”的范围界定清楚，然后才能深入研究它的其它方面的问题…

党的十八大以来,习近平总书记在继承中国传统文化中蕴含的统战谋略、马克思主义经典作家以及中国共产党人统一战线思想的基础上,结合新的时代特征,围绕统一战线发表了一系列重要讲话,形成了系统而又完整的统一战线思想。这一思想具有继承与创新相结合、理论与实践相结合、原则性与灵活性相结合、国外统战与国内统战相结合、全面统筹与重点突出相结合的突出特征,是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分。
