傣族祝福词的文明之光

西双版纳的傣家人,自古以来就有拴线祝福、见面相互祝福的习俗。其间念诵的祝福词处处闪耀着和谐、文明之光,通过对真、善、美的歌颂来鞭挞假、恶、丑,它是傣族浩如烟海的贝叶文化中的一朵瑰丽的奇葩。     

打造贝叶文化品牌提升西双版纳形象

贝叶文化,是人们对傣族传统文化的一种象征性称谓,是傣族社会历史和文化的统称。“贝叶文化”经本,包括叶质形和纸质形的两种。叶质形的傣语称为“坦兰”。它是用民间制作的铁笔将文字刻写在经过特制的贝叶树叶片上而成。纸质形的傣语称“坦嘎兰沙”。大量的佛教故事、佛教经典、傣族民间故事、神话和传说,记载在《贝叶经》里,而大量的民间叙事长诗、歌谣、情诗、谚语、俗语、格言、谜语以及法律法规、天文、历法、医药、伦理道德等都是传抄在《绵纸经》书里。由于西双版纳的傣族与泰国的泰族、老挝的老族、缅甸的掸族具有相同的族源(百越族…     

贝叶经的传播及其文化意义——贝叶文化与南方丝绸之路

贝叶经在中国的传写 ,具有文化传播的典型特征。作为佛教文化载体的贝叶经 ,南北朝时已受到文人学士的关注 ,贝叶成为名僧、名士谈论佛理的象征语汇。历史上著名的南方丝绸之路 ,是贝叶文化进入中原的通道 ,贝叶经沿南方丝绸之路的传播 ,是佛教影响西南少数民族的重要途径。信仰上座部佛教的云南西双版纳傣族 ,保存着丰富的贝叶文化遗存 ,并形成具有民族特色的贝叶经制作工艺。

贝叶文化的内涵和特点

贝叶文化是指以贝叶经为核心的傣族传统文化。贝叶经不仅记载了南传佛教经典,而且记载了哲学、历史、法律、语言、历法、文学、艺术、道德、科技、医学等内容,是傣族传统文化的百科全书。贝叶文化的内涵和特点主要表现在绿色文化、农耕文化、信仰文化、和谐文化、开放文化、柔情文化等六个方面。     

灵魂之园 西双版纳总佛寺

"佛性之地",是赞叹西双版纳最简单最直接的表述。南传上座部佛教于隋唐时由缅甸传入云南。13至14世纪,随着用泰国兰那泰文译注的大批巴利文佛经在傣族文化区的传播,西双版纳开始建立佛教僧团,修建寺塔。特别是有了刻在贝叶上的佛经之后,南传上座部佛教才正式传入。西双版纳的佛性,源于她的山川地貌、人文礼俗,特别是多民族聚居地,土地上的主人以及他们怀抱的田园、劳作、歌谣与笑颜。     

《中国贝叶经全集》整理出版工作进展顺利

为抢救、收集、整理、翻译、出版贝叶经,2001年4月和2006年4月,西双版纳傣族自治州人民政府与云南大学共同召开了两届全国贝叶文化研讨会。来自全国各地的专家学者,深入探讨、广泛交流,提出了许多有利于西双版纳经济建设和社会发展的学术观点,专家们提出了“中国贝叶经”的概念,     

贝叶经——傣族文化的宝藏

在西双版纳傣族村寨里,有一种高达十五、六米的棕榈树十分引人注目,它的树杆笔直而浑园,没有枝桠,直挺挺地插入天际,显得异常高大而雄伟。这种树傣语叫“戈兰”,学名叫“贝叶棕”,人们通常称它为“贝叶树”。过去,傣族人民用它的叶子来刻写经文、文学作品、医药和天文历法知识,传播民族文化。用贝叶刻写出来的经书,叫做“贝叶经”。根据傣文经书《尼赕坦帕召》(关于佛祖历史的经书)和《坦兰帕召》(佛祖的经)记载,贝叶经在历史上的使用和传播,已有二千七百多年了。     

贝叶档案散论

贝叶档案是一种书写在贝多罗树叶上的文字遗存.在古代印度、斯里兰卡、缅甸、泰国等一些国家,都广泛使用贝叶来书写文件.贝叶档案多为贝叶经书稿档案,以巴利文和梵文书写的佛经原件都是以贝叶为载体,贝叶经是中华佛教典籍的原本.小乘佛教传入云南傣族地区后,贝叶又成为傣族人民的主要书写材料.贝叶档案对保存灿烂的古代文化,载录历史,弘扬佛教,都作出了很大贡献.     

贝叶文化的学术价值和研究难点

贝叶文化的学术探讨,是运用多学科、大视角对民族文化进行综合研究的有益尝试,也体现了全球一体化背景下民族文化研究的发展趋势。要解决贝叶文化研究中存在的问题,就应该突出重点,扎实做好基础工作,培养一批高素质的专业研究人才队伍,并开展国际合作。
