当前,高职院校存在创业教育重视程度不够、师资队伍素质有待进一步提高、课程设置尚不完善、实践活动欠缺、缺乏后续的创业指导等问题.高职院校应提高认识,提高投入,加强师资队伍建设,全面推进创业教育课程教学改革,加强后续指导,积极推进高职院校的创业教育     

思想政治教育与高职生职业道德素质的养成

高职生职业道德素养堪忧,高职院校需要强化就业市场化条件下高职生职业道德素质教育,使其养成良好的职业道德风尚.而职业道德素质的养成需要赋予传统的思想政治教育课程以新内涵,通过理论宣讲、个案阐释、平等引导、榜样示范等途径,促使高职生具备适应就业市场要求的职业道德素质.     

高职院校辅导员队伍建设的特点与对策

目前高职院校辅导员队伍建设与高等职业教育的迅猛发展不相适应。高职教育和高职学生的特殊性决定了高职院校辅导员建设的特殊性。在对全国部分高职院校、高职辅导员和高职学生以及高职学生实习企业调查发现,高职教育和高职学生的特殊性对高职辅导员队伍建设有特殊要求。在具体实践中,要从加强校企合作育人、提高辅导员素质、建立和完善工作机制等方面入手,加强高职院校辅导员队伍建设。     

高职院校经管类应用型人才培养模式与实践探究

人才培养模式是高职院校培养高素质技术技能型人才的关键。近年来,许多高职院校在人才培养的创新与改革方面做了很多努力和实践,通过创新人才培养方式、健全人才培养实践体系、推进“产教融合、理实一体化”等途径积极推进高职院校高素质、强能力人才的培养。文章以高职院校经管类专业教学改革为样本,总结经管类应用型人才培养的实践经验,提出提高经管类人才综合素质及实践应用能力的建议和方法,并通过开展应用型经管类人才的教学改革与教学研究工作,提高我国高职院校经管人才的综合素质和实践应用能力。
