Taking as a case the community services of F community where the biggest number of migrant people congregate in Kunming , this paper explores how to improve migrant teenagers' resilience to improve their positive growth, active social inclusion into city life and reduce the risks of delinquency. Within the action research, this study finds out that migrant juveniles suffer the shortage of public community service, poor quality of school education, insufficient family supports, adverse parenthood and interpersonal relationships, deficient peer supports and low self esteem and confidence. Fortunately, through conducting a series of life educations, career counseling and community services including school social work, family social work and cultural construction activities, with the core of resilience construction, can effectively improve the cognition and behavior of migrant teenagers can be improved and the risks of their delinquency can be reduced effectively. Moreover, this study believes that the social work station established in the migrant population's community can provide professional services to facilitate the positive interactions between juveniles and the environment which are regarded as the premise of delinquency prevention, to activate teenagers' subjectivity and initiative which is the emphasis, and to arouse the feelings of shame of teenagers with deviation behaviors that is the key point of crime prevention.  相似文献

21世纪以来,我国人口老龄化问题日益严重,整个社会形态逐渐由年轻型转向老龄阶段,但由于社会架构并没有及时转变,导致社会形态与社会架构之间出现非同步性,社会治理链条和系统中隐藏着较大的失序风险.面对农村老龄社会治理失序问题,需要从塑造良好发展心态的微观层面、以互惠伦理和利益关联为核心的中观层面以及积极组织下乡和城市反哺农村等宏观层面,共建行动体系.为此,需要打破传统思维束缚,建构与国家治理现代化目标相适应的老龄社会治理体系,推出和实施独具中国特色的老龄社会治理模式,以及建构能够切实满足人民群众美好生活需求的老龄社会治理政策体系,为解决全球老龄社会治理问题提供中国方案.  相似文献

As is generally known, logos results from the further development of myth. As the matter of fact, to some extent, logos is a kind of myth. In various cultural activities a type of work on myth relates to the topic of this article, namely that the rational cannot reach to the core of its writing, and that meanwhile people would not like to have the irrational take the place of the rational. As a result, a sort of character, produced in the core of the myth, is both divine and evil, both positive and negative, and is oriented in the middle of the aesthetic creation. This aesthetic myth is a fundamental connotation of poetics, which is differentiated from the “pure aesthetic” notion held by the public. By the function of “the specification of integration”(Spezifikation des Ganzen), aesthetic myth has achieved a balanced state of the separation of powers, in which various heterogeneous elements are contained, and by the way of “gods playing” it gives the human the good artistic life as a present.  相似文献

Based on the case study of Yiwu as one of the 33 pilot projects cities of “Three Pieces of Land” in China, this article summarizes the risks and precautions of the reform of homestead system from the perspective of “the Three Rights Division of Homestead”. It also explores into the origin of “the Three Rights Division of Homestead” with the reform documents analysis and the discussion of the existing problems of the homestead system. Then we conduct a case study of the homestead reform in Yiwu, and finally put forward the precautions against the risks of the “Three Rights Division of Homestead”. The research methods used in this study are text analysis and case study. The following precautions are provided in the end of the article: 1) set up the implementation organization of homestead ownership; 2) standardize the conditions for obtaining qualifications for homesteads, and establish the paying system for the use of homesteads and achieve the right of qualification fairness through prices; 3) realize the right of qualification and the right of use, and clarify the power of the rights.  相似文献

"界面"的本义是指物体与物体间的接触面,而信息技术兴盛背景下人机交互界面术语的出现,才使得"界面"一词进入大众话语.人机界面中的"界面"隐喻从交互方式、二者关系和实践指向三个维度,扩展了界面的原初含义.人机界面之"界面"内涵的三层扩展同样适用于公众—政府界面:公众与政府间的交互不限于政务大厅似的物理空间内,而是一种复杂的多形态交互;二者的交互应当强调以界面一侧的公众为导向;界面研究的实践指向在于对公众—政府间的交互进行界面设计、界面优化或界面重构.人机界面从"操作界面"到"用户界面"到"人本界面"的变迁过程,对公众与政府交互的范式创新也有着深刻的仿真效应.  相似文献

Legal terms are usually regarded as a type of closed discourse; that is, they can exist independently without the need of resorting to other external texts. This study, via an empirical analysis of the of "ordinary residence" in the cases of foreign domestic helpers in HK as well as a discussion of other relevant cases, examines the construction, destruction and reconstruction of legal terms, and therefore unravels the temporal and spatial characteristics in the birth and evolution of legal terms. The construction of the sense of a certain legal term is of social nature, and an established sense may be deconstructed with the social development and change, which is another round of construction, and hence reconstruction. Legal Interpretation is not purely the application of approaches to interpretation but the process and product of dialogue among different social actors. This study shows that sociosemiotics can provide a strong research value in theory and interpretive force in practice to examine legal interpretation and legal methodology.  相似文献

The author of this paper takes a typical practice case, by adopting the theoretical frameworks by APSAC, Glase, and Doyle and Timms, to analyze the abuse behaviors existed in the case, such as abandoning, belittlement, improper treatment, unreasonable emotional response, and confinement, and to look into the psychological abuse process. By employing the case study and child abuse prevention in western countries, and taking into account the independence and intergrowth in psychological abuse process, this paper concludes that the fulfillment of children’s need should be the focus for the overall objective of child abuse prevention, so as to make policies and construct service systems. The main intervention strategy lies in risk factors control, protection factors integration and the construction of the Three-level prevention system. Moreover, classified intervention path ought to be adopted, so as to amplify the advantages of social work in resources integration, relationship coordination and service delivery, accelerate the development of child abuse prevention and build a child-friendly society.  相似文献

Syozou Fujii and Tomio Yosida have made great contributions to the translation and introduction of Mo Yan's works in Japan.However, there are many differences in translation strategies, language styles and other details between the two versions.As far as "annotation" is concerned, Fujii has paid more attention to the explanation of Chinese historical and cultural phenomena, while Yosida has focused on the vocabulary itself. This difference in annotation strategies has also produced different reactions among Japanese readers, affecting the dissemination and acceptance of their respective translations.Therefore, from the perspective of communication, the translation of Chinese works should follow the principle of "reader first", balance the proportion of alienation and domestication, strengthen the communication and cooperation between Chinese and foreign translators, and adopt the expression close to the readers of the target country, so as to better promote the "going out" of Chinese culture.  相似文献

The paper summarizes the four major mechanisms of Zhejiang new small towns and industrial agglomeration coupling innovation: production, life and ecological space coupling innovation mechanism, geographical, network and social space coupling innovation mechanism, scale structure and system coupling innovation mechanism, and industrial culture and tour coupling innovation mechanisms.
