道德建设是广东文化大省建设的中心环节

道德建设之所以是广东文化大省建设的中心环节,是因为道德建设集中反映了社会主义文化建设的性质和方向,对处于祖国南大门和改革开放前沿的广东具有特殊的价值和意义,对其他文化要素也有着特殊的导向作用。要抓好道德建设这一中心环节,必须坚持和巩固马克思主义在道德建设中的指导地位,必须做到道德建设与社会主义市场经济相适应、与社会主义法律规范相协调、与中华民族传统美德相承接,必须建立社会主义思想道德体系,确立全体社会成员共同遵循的价值取向和行为准则。
