对嗑噬文件与仿嗑噬文件的鉴别

仿造嗑噬文件是将现时的文件伪造成历史文件的方法之一。文章通过对嗑噬文件样本的研究，从嗑噬孔、纸张及文字笔画色料等方面总结了嗑噬文件的特征。通过手撕、刀刻、火烧、针扎、剪切等方法形成与真实嗑噬文件相仿的孔洞，利用光照和加热方式对有仿嗑噬孔的文件进行老化，并归纳、总结了仿嗑噬文件的特征。在此基础上，将嗑噬文件和仿嗑噬文件的特征进行了深入细致的比较。最后，提出了可疑嗑噬文件的鉴别要点。     

民国时期女教师的经济地位状况研究(1912-1937)

女教师是民国时期职业女性中人数最多的群体。人们对女性从教的认同使女教师队伍得以迅速发展。但是,与男教师相比,女教师仍处于普遍的经济弱势地位,具体表现在:她们多处于教师行业的较低层次,即以小学教师为主、职位低、多集中于待遇较差的私立学校,从而造成其收入的整体低下。女教师经济地位的低下是多种因素作用的结果:社会经济发展的滞后、女子教育的不发达、性别歧视的根深蒂固、就业女性无法避免的家庭与事业的冲突,等等。     

日据初期台湾闽南话会话课本教学和方言史价值

日本明治后期台湾闽南话会话课本的编写与日本侵略台湾有关.以适用的行业钡域和内容而分类,可以看出其实用的特点.其教学内容选取和教学方法比较科学,比如词组本位教学法和会话情景教学法教学效果明显.从语音、语法、词汇、语用等方面还可认识到其闽南话方言史研究价值.但要明确一点,其毕竟是日本当时推行其殖民化语言教学的产物,历史局限性不可忽视.     

Depressive Symptoms in Low-Income,Urban Adolescents: Cognitive and Contextual Factors

This study examined the relationships among cognitive variables, family immigration history, negative life events, and depressive symptoms in a sample of 306 low-income, urban fifth- and sixth-grade children. Explanatory style and negative automatic thoughts were the cognitive variables examined. There were three key findings. First, children who were immigrants reported significantly more depressive symptoms, more negative life events, and more negative automatic thoughts than children who were not immigrants. Second, both explanatory style and negative automatic thoughts were significantly associated with depressive symptoms above and beyond the effects of child immigration history and negative life events. Finally, negative automatic thoughts mediated the relationship between child immigration history and depressive symptoms. We discuss the clinical and research implications of these findings.

流动人口高危人群管控机制研究

流动人口在促进我国城市建设和社会经济发展的同时,流动人口中高危人群犯罪现象也十分严重。课题组对其犯罪行为进行了分析,发现各地区的流动人口高危人群有着共同的犯罪特点,如犯罪类型以侵财犯罪为主,犯罪高发时间多数在元旦后春节前,犯罪人员文化水平不高,犯罪人员居住地点多数选择在出租房内等。针对流动人口高危人群犯罪的特点,公安机关应当建立科学有效的管控机制,如信息化管控机制,案件发生快速反应机制和社会综合治理管控机制。     

浅析宋词中的"伤春"与"悲秋"

宋代的文人命运因受到悲剧时代的制约,他们的心态也普遍具有忧伤的色彩."伤春"的词作大多出自多情、失意的女性之手,主要表现词人感情世界中的"柔性"一面,也体现出词为艳科的特色."悲秋"词作中,一般都凝注了比较宽广的人生感慨.这与那个时代造成他们"病态"的心理有密切关系.     

道路交通事故民警任职培训课程体系设置研究

按照交通安全法的要求,道路交通事故处理民警实行任职资格制度,我国公安交通管理培训机构理应加强任职培训课程体系设置的研究。本文首先界定了该课程体系设置的原则,其次利用基于职业能力的逆向分析法讨论了课程体系的具体专业课程及其支持课程,然后从利于培训角度将上述课程模块化,并探讨了每个模块的具体内容以及目标,最后提出了培训过程中的几点注意事项。     

Economic costs of Oxford House inpatient treatment and incarceration: a preliminary report

The Oxford House model for substance abuse recovery has potential economic advantages associated with the low cost of opening up and maintaining the settings. In the present study, annual program costs per person were estimated for Oxford House based on federal loan information and data collected from Oxford House Inc. In addition, annual treatment and incarceration costs were approximated based on participant data prior to Oxford House residence in conjunction with normative costs for these settings. Societal costs associated with the Oxford House program were relatively low, whereas estimated costs associated with inpatient and incarceration history were high. The implications of these findings are discussed.

Total and Marginal Cost Analysis for a High School Based Bystander Intervention

Costs of providing the Green Dot bystander-based intervention, shown to be effective in the reduction of sexual violence among Kentucky high school students, were estimated based on data from a large cluster-randomized clinical trial. Rape Crisis Center Educators were trained to provide Green Dot curriculum to students. Implementing Green Dot in schools (N = 13) randomized to the intervention, over five years, cost $1.6 M and included start-up ($58 K) and ongoing implementation ($1.55 M). Costs for adding a school ($25,510) were calculated based on the final year, where no start-up costs were incurred. Knowing the $25,510 cost estimate for adding Green Dot may be particularly useful for high school administrators or school boards when they were making economic decisions based on strong evidence of program effectiveness to reduce violence.     

Maltreated Children and Their Families in Juvenile Dependency Court II: Maltreatment Recidivism

The most serious maltreatment cases are referred to Juvenile Dependency Court. Eighty-eight court records were coded for factors related to maltreatment recidivism, including prior involvement histories, differential response, and placement changes. Seventy-two percent of caregivers had previous involvement, which correlated with family size and number of presenting concerns. When caregivers were offered voluntary services previously, 15% were completed. Children of substance-abusing caregivers were more likely to have prior involvement with the system. On average, children experienced four placement changes. Almost half of children reunified with caregivers had to be removed by the court. Recommendations and future directions are discussed.

徽商妇是对应徽商集团的另一个群体,是明清时期最大的区域性留守群体。徽州竹枝词真实而诗化地再现了徽州妇生活和情感的历史场景。徽商妇并非"个体"而是一个有着数十万人的群体,究竟是什么魔力能让一个大规模的群体在数百年间如此笃守所谓的封建礼教而付出巨大的牺牲?仍值得反思。     

交通事故黑点的鉴别方法集成创新

交通事故黑点的有效鉴别可以显著降低交通事故的发生率与损失后果。黑点鉴别方法不仅要求鉴别出道路交通事故发生的显著点（段）,还需要对其诱因作具体分析,然后在界定了道路某段（点）交通事故的高发生率的基础上,针对此点采用多指标的综合评价的方法,运用多种技术,实现黑点鉴别理论的集成创新。

通过对覆盖剂进行固化时间、固化强度、温度、雨淋、风洞等试验考察覆盖剂性能 ,获得应用参数。在试验室研究的基础上 ,分别对储量为 5 0 0 t、80 0 t、1 30 0 t煤堆进行应用试验 ,在冬季取暖用煤堆上起到了覆盖的作用 ,抑尘效果明显     

Father Involvement in Dependency Review Hearings

Understanding the impact of fathers in child maltreatment cases has been a neglected area of research. This study evaluated differences in child welfare hearings and children's perceptions of their situation where fathers were and were not present. Father attendance at hearings appeared to positively impact information-gathering. When fathers attended hearings, they lasted longer and covered case topics more thoroughly. Children reported more negative affect immediately after hearings where fathers were present; however, these differences were attenuated at subsequent interviews. Overall, the findings suggest that father involvement positively impacts case management, though more research must be conducted to support this finding.     

明末清初战争中女性遭受性暴力探析

明清之际,战争频仍,社会秩序严重混乱。女性作为弱势群体在残酷的战争中遭受了肉体与心灵的双重蹂躏。战争期间,女性遭受的性暴力是最令人毛骨悚然的浩劫,性暴力具有施暴者残忍、受害女性人数众多、地域分布广泛等特点。性暴力事件揭示了战争对人性的极端扭曲。     

Mother-Infant Interaction And Child Development After Rooming-In:

One hundred and seventy-two low-income women were interviewed prenatally to determine risk for later mistreatment of their children. High-risk and low-risk women were then randomly assigned at delivery to either limited or extended postpartum contact with their newborns over the first two days after birth. Mother-infant interaction observations were performed at 48 hours and at one, three, six, twelve and eighteen months postpartum. Infants were tested at nine months with the Bayley Scales of Infant Development. Results indicated that outcome following extended mother-infant postpartum contact varies with maternal risk status and measures employed for evaluation. Low-risk extended-contact mother-infant pairs differed from low-risk controls in observed interaction while high-risk extended-contact and controls did not differ from each other in interaction. High-risk extended-contact infants were more advanced in motor development than control infants at nine months, however, while low-risk extended contact and control infants did not differ in development.
