加强高校辅导员师德师风建设有效途径的探索

大学生思想政治教育工作任务日益加重,高校辅导员的数量和质量与大学生思想政治教育的需求之间的矛盾越来越突出。在推动高校辅导员队伍专业化、职业化发展的进程中,高校辅导员的师德师风建设对大学生的成长成才具有直接影响。在明确高校辅导员角色定位和师德师风重要性的基础上,探索加强师德师风建设的有效途径如下:加强政治理论学习;树立良好的职业道德;大胆创新思想政治教育。     

工会推进师德师风建设的现状与对策

推进师德师风建设,是工会的职责所在、使命所系。群团改革的背景下,加强工会在师德师风建设中的地位和作用,引导广大教师自觉培育和践行社会主义核心价值观,协同相关责任部门和组织建立健全师德建设长效机制,把推动师德建设与教师专业发展结合起来,是当务之急,也正当其时。     

思政教育视野下高校师德师风建设的思考

高校教师是高等教育的主力军,高校教师的师德师风对于高校教育工作开展和教育质量与水平的提高具有重要影响,对于青年学生世界观、价值观、人生观的形成于发展至关重要。因此,加强高校教师队伍师德师风的建设具有重要的战略意义。目前我国高校师德师风主要存在四个方面的问题:一是教师对待本职工作缺乏责任心,二是教师育人树人意识不强,三是教师科研工作功利化,四是师表形象模糊化。在当今复杂多变的环境下,以思想政治教育为核心,运用思想政治教育基本原理解决高校师德师风建设存在的问题尤为必要,具体对策有:坚持理论教育常抓不懈、加强对教师队伍的批评与自我批评教育、充分发挥典型教育的模范作用、教师队伍中广泛开展谈心活动。     

高校师德师风的现状与对策——基于天津市部分高校的调研

<正>师德师风整体状况党的十八大以来,党和国家始终把教师队伍建设作为最重要的基础性工程,师德师风建设是其中重要一环。为深入了解高校教师师德师风现状,我们于2018年10月至12月对天津师范大学等七所天津本地高校进行了问卷调查。问卷对象包括专任教师(特指从事教学和科研的专职教师)和学生两个群体。其中,     

弘扬大学精神 促进高校和谐发展——以师德师风建设为切入点

师德师风决定着高校的学风和校风,决定着高校的精神面貌和人文风格,是一所高校办学实力和办学水平的重要标志。从高校发展的战略出发,重视师德师风建设,可为建设高水平、有特色的大学提供强大的精神力量,奠定坚实的思想基础。通过学习《高等学校教师职业道德规范》理论之后,认真梳理,积极思考,发现问题并提出几点建设性建议。     

论师德在公安教育中的价值

针对公安教育特色加强师德师风建设,对于公安人才培养十分重要.师德具有政治引导、师生和谐、教学相长等教育价值.人民教师和人民警察的双重身份要求公安院校教师必须具有较高的政治觉悟和专业水平.在高尚师德的影响下,公安院校教师能充分发挥其人格辐射力和影响力.高尚师德能促进和谐师生关系的良性互动,进而使师生能够激发出自我完善的潜能,达到教学相长的教育目的.

为深入贯彻落实党的十八大精神,高校全面推进廉政文化建设,这对惩治和遏制校园腐败案的发生、帮助大学生树立正确的价值观、促进师德师风建设都具有重要的现实意义。新时期进一步探索高校廉政文化建设要明确:廉洁从政教育是高校党政领导干部廉政建设的重点;师德师风建设是高校广大教职员工廉政文化建设的重点;培养廉政信仰是大学生廉政文化建设的重点。     

转型期高校师德发展趋势及应对措施

师德建设是社会主义道德建设的一部分,转型期内各种矛盾的出现使得高校师德发展趋向价值多元化,内容复杂化,师德他律化,各高校应认识到师德建设是一个长期过程,从学校重视,师德教育,制度体系等方面,以社会主义核心价值体系为指导,构建健康的高校师德师风。     

思想政治理论课教师师德师风建设路径分析

思想政治理论课教师是高校教师队伍中一支不可或缺的重要力量,是思想政治理论课教学的组织与实施者。我国历来高度重视思想政治理论课教师队伍的建设,尤其是师德师风建设。但由于诸多因素的影响,思想政治理论课教师师德师风建设问题并没有从根本上得到解决,仍存在不少问题。这些问题可以通过加强理论教育、开展教师培训、外出实践锻炼和鼓励开展科研等途径加以解决。     

老子之"德"的当代价值审视

老子之“德”是法自然之“道”的具体体现,是以律己、谦恭和贵柔为主要内容的。随着我国物质生活水平的日益提高,人们过度追求物欲的满足,各种矛盾层出不穷,内心冲突不断加剧,人们的精神家园匮乏。所以,重新审视老子“德”的当代价值,对于构建和谐社会,促进人与自然、人与人、人与社会的和谐相处,化解人们的精神危机,具有重要的现实意义。     

公私之辨在儒学脉络里的极端发展——以《明夷待访录》为案例

公私之辨古已有之,但在宋明思想里才逐渐突出,《明夷待访录》便是一个极端案例。黄宗羲在《明夷待访录》里对公私之辨作了特别的运用,表达了对君主制的强烈质疑,这个质疑的要义在于揭示了君主制道德上的内在困境。黄宗羲的公私之辨与原初儒学有重大差异,却又的确是宋明儒学曲折演变的产物,是儒学脉络内部的一个极端发展。     

From Virtue to Competence: Changing the Principles of Public Service

Virtue has long been a central principle in the tradition of public service—to what extent is it still relevant today? Focusing on the role of the monitoring officer, a key official in the ethical framework of local government in the United Kingdom, this essay asks which virtues, if any, are still needed for public service and whether these virtues have been displaced by managerial notions of technical competence as the principles of public service delivery. The authors draw an initial distinction between virtue and competence that, upon further investigation, does not appear to be sustainable. Despite being drawn from two different academic perspectives—moral philosophy and management development—the concepts of virtue and competence are, in practice, very similar. This theoretical convergence is reflected in the practical concerns of monitoring officers and their perspective on public service ethics.

Responsibility, Luck, and the 'Equality of What?' Debate

Ronald Dworkin's recently published book, Sovereign Virtue (hereafter SV), appeals to arguments that are popular within, and ideas that are fundamental to, liberal egalitarianism. These arguments and ideas need to be distinguished and unpacked. The purpose of this paper is partly to do this and to cast doubt on the adequacy of various moves made by Dworkin. In addition, and more importantly I argue that the analysis of the 'equality of what?' debate reveals a tension at the heart of contemporary liberal egalitarianism between the Kantian aspiration to eliminate luck and the contemporary aspiration to do political philosophy without metaphysics.     

于成龙家训:家国共建有德有“分”社会

家训以治家训子为本务。好的家训既是家族繁荣的重要保障,也是国家文化的重要体现。一代廉吏于成龙的家训,蕴含着家国共建有德有“分”社会的治家治国理念与路径。于成龙家训立意于家国共建,主张通过官员改善家风来引领社会风气,实现国家风清气正。“德”是其思想内核,包括孝敬不违礼、勤俭不奢靡、宽仁不刻薄、公道不欺诈、高洁并立志五种美德。“分”是其精魂所在,通过要求家族成员遵守在家庭与社会中的本分、随分而行,来实现家国的和谐稳定。于成龙家训以训治家、以家治国,最终谋求家、国的共同发展,具有典范意义。     

Frank Meyer: The Fusionist as Federalist

Frank S. Meyer played a central role in defining the post-warAmerican conservative movement by defining and defending anideological "fusion" of traditional conservative principlesand libertarian political beliefs. While concerned with maintenanceof an objective moral order and the pursuit of virtue in theindividual, Meyer argued that the freedom of the person is thecentral and primary end of political society. The American systemof government, with its horizontal and vertical separationsof power, came closer than any political system in history toproviding the protection for individual liberties necessaryfor the effective pursuit of virtue. Federalism was particularlyimportant as it could forestall the centralization of governmentpower. Virtue, to have any meaning, had to be chosen freely,but providing for individual freedom provided no guarantee thatindividuals would pursue virtuous ends. By the same token, federalismand the separation of powers did not guarantee that state governmentswould adopt wise or moral policies, as the history of the civilrights struggle attests. Nonetheless, Meyer believed federalismwas essential if individual freedom was to endure.
