生命问题的遮蔽:我国传统道德教化历程回顾与反思

探索生命伦理道德教化在当今时代仍然是一个十分有意义的课题。文章以中国传统道德教化历程的回顾与反思为主题,从思想到实践分析了中国传统道德教化的成型;从内容到形式阐明了中国传统道德教化的基本理念;最后道出中国传统道德教化的核心内容是“吃人”的礼教,即人们为伦理而生,依伦理而死,伦理的尺规成为人们生命存在的唯一尺规。     

我国伦理道德建设走向的维度转换

伦理取向、致恩趋向是事关道德建设“全局”和“根本”的问题。长期以来，我们在伦理取向维度强化教化伦理，在致恩趋向维度凸显工具理性，忽略乃至遮蔽了生活伦理和价值理性，这就割裂了道德结构的内在统一，致使道德践履出现严重偏差。社会主义市场经济必然呼唤与之相应的社会意识形态。因此，在社会转型的当代语境中，道德建设的发展走向应当是教化伦理向生活伦理贴近、工具理性向价值理性回归。     

中国家族的历史变迁

中国是一个家族传统浓厚的国家。历代王朝借助家庭伦理、家族制度及三纲五常的道德教化实行社会控制。     

当代社会道德建设问题域解析

在现代性不断增强而精神伦理家园日渐衰落的历史境遇中,深化当代社会道德建设问题域研究有着重要意义。本文着重探讨：生产力范畴与道德范畴间存在必然逻辑联系,但并非简单、机械式决定与被决定关系;传统威权宣谕式道德伦理教化模式已难以适应新形势要求,制度伦理建设日益成为当前社会道德建设的重要基石;社会道德建设应提升至文化哲学批判高度,实现对小农意识和市场经济物化与功利意识的理性批判,促进传统美德与现代道德和谐共生。     

从更深层次上推进精神文明创建活动

我们所进行的精神文明建设，是继承民族优秀传统而又充分体现时代精神、立足本国而又面向世界的精神文明，实质是精神领域的一次变革。在精神文明创建的伟大实践中，我们不仅要注重人们的行为规范和道德养成，更要从深层次上把握文化的伦理教化作用，实现文化范式的转换，突出重点和难点，     

中国传统孝文化的内涵特征及社会功能

＂孝文化＂是中国传统道德思想的核心,其内涵从最初的孝亲意识逐渐演化为社会伦理和政治伦理乃至国家的治国方略。在中国历史上发挥着社会稳定、家庭和谐、文化教化等积极的社会功能。分析中国传统孝文化的合理内涵,突出其历史价值,不仅有利于社会主义道德建设,而且对保持国家社会稳定,构建社会主义和谐社会具有重要的借鉴作用。     

论网络伦理的道德基础

网络在给人们带来便利的同时，也带来了许多伦理问题。伦理是关于道德的理论，伦理的道德基础是建立在我们现实社会之上，而网络伦理的道德基础是建立在网络社会之上。如何理解网络社会？网络社会与我们现实社会是什么样的关系？在网络社会基础上构建起来的伦理是现实社会中的既有伦理还是一种与现实社会既有伦理迥异的新的伦理。     

德性伦理与规范伦理：逻辑意蕴和融通之路

当代道德哲学中存在着德性伦理和规范伦理两条探究路径。它们的问题意识不同，对道德认知和动机的看法不同，在道德教育的目标和方式上也观点相异。德性伦理与规范伦理的差异源于不同的社会交往方式的需要，前者主要是熟人社会的伦理学，后者主要是陌生人社会的伦理学。但是，本质上说，两种伦理探讨方式并不是对立的，而是互补的，它们表达了良好道德秩序建构和传承所需要的相辅相成的两条思路，一个和谐社会的道德教育和教化必须融通二者，使两种教育方式相互支持、相得益彰。     

伦理道德的历史唯物主义基础

伦理道德的客观性基础归根结底是人们的"生产与交换的经济关系"。任何社会形态都必然是一个伦理-道德的社会体系,社会伦理法则作为制约人的社会实践的原则是伦理实质与伦理形式的对立统一。如果说伦理是客观存在的社会礼法制度,那么,道德则是对社会礼法制度的主体自觉。     

论道德建设的制度底蕴

社会主义核心价值观,蕴涵着深厚的伦理底蕴,社会主义核心价值观的推行最终要通过个体的实践和遵守来实现.在个体道德建设过程中,要把道德的教化作用、内心的自觉与制度的约束作用有机结合起来,积极寻求制度的有效支持,合理把握制度对于道德建设支持的领域和限度,以促进道德建设的良性发展.
