基于Web bug的电子邮件追踪技术的设计与实现

在互联网时代中,电子邮件的使用越来越广泛。现较为主流的电子邮件追踪技术,是收件者对发件者的邮件信息追踪,但这种逆向的取证技术并不普及和完善。所设计的发件者对收件者的邮件信息追踪,是利用PHP编写Web bug代码插入到电子邮件中,通过收件者读取邮件中的Web bug来收集收件者是否打开邮件、打开邮件的IP地址、机器端口以及打开电子邮件的时间,从而实现对电子邮件的信息进行追踪。该项技术创新,可以应用到侦查机关调取案件线索、搜集证据当中,从而高效打击互联网违法犯罪。     

基于函数映射的恶意程序逆向取证方法研究

恶意程序的静态逆向分析方法需要取证人员阅读大量汇编源代码,取证周期漫长、效率低下,不能满足公安工作实际需要。提出一种基于函数映射的恶意程序逆向分析方法,首先取证人员分析恶意程序调用了哪些系统函数,之后初步判断恶意程序主要功能,再通过关键函数断点设置来进一步完成取证分析工作。这种方法不需要取证人员完整阅读汇编代码,通过关键函数局部汇编代码分析来完成取证工作,在提高取证效率、缩短取证周期的同时,最大限度地保证检验结论的准确性和完整性。     

电子数据取证协同创新研究

我国当前的法治建设、司法实践应用、取证人才培养都需要对电子数据取证进行深入的研究。分析国内外电子数据取证协同研究的现状,提出我国电子数据取证协同研究的基本内容,以及协同过程中需要解决的问题和建设思路。

在实际的电子数据取证工作中,经常会碰到木马程序恶意行为方面的鉴定要求。针对这种需求,本文结合实践应用中的实际需要,从程序逆向分析、内存信息调查、系统文件监控、网络数据传输等方面论述木马恶意程序电子数据取证环境构建所需的相关工具与技术,并归纳总结取证调查过程中需要注意的事项,希望能够为公安实战部门的电子数据取证和侦查工作提供一定的技术帮助。     

云计算应用对计算机取证技术的挑战和对策

目前,云计算应用的大量普及,传统的取证方式变得落后,在新的环境下进行取证工作需要更多的取证思路和手段.本文通过对云计算应用环境的分析,提出新应用环境对取证工作的挑战,在分析当前新取证技术方式下,提出了将虚拟机镜像作为云的关键数据进行迁移的方式进行取证,并在云计算环境中进行了实验,建立了原型系统.
