2014年6月18日，中华全国总工会和国家安全生产监督管理总局联合在京召开2013年度全国“安康杯”竞赛表彰暨经验交流电视电话会议，2270家企事业单位、1517个班组分获全国“安康杯”竞赛优胜单位、优胜班组称号。     

咸宁供电公司变电中心荣获全国“安康杯”竞赛先进集体称号

近日，咸宁供电公司变电中心荣获2011年度全国“安康杯”竞赛优胜班组称号。2011年，该中心开展以“抓班组，提高管理水平；重教育，推进企业安全文化”为主题的“安康杯”竞赛活动，调整充实安全网络组织，开展了以第一责任人讲安全、员工职业健康知识培训、“抓现场、治违章”专项清查、春秋季安全大检查、班组安全建设活动、技能竞赛等13项专项活动.     

深化“安康杯”竞赛活动的建议

“安康杯”是以定期颁发荣誉奖杯为标志的竞赛形式，是把竞争、奖励、激励机制应用于安全生产活动中的群众性“安全”与“健康”竞赛，是抓好安全生产工作的一项重要载体，自开展以来，经过不断完善，已经成为一个系统工程。多年来，内蒙古自治区“安康杯”竞赛活动的广度、深度得到不断拓展和深化，     

关于工会维护职工安全权的思考与建议

维护职工权益是工会的基本职责。北京市"十二五"时期职工发展规划提出了职工的六项权益,其中之一即是安全权,发挥工会的监督职能,有效维护职工的安全权,实现体面劳动是工会的主要任务之一。工会应注重源头参与,通过签订劳动安全卫生专项集体合同、帮助职工签订劳动合同、开展安康杯竞赛、强化班组安全文化建设、提高员工安全意识、参加事故调查等途径有效维护职工安全权。

关于深入推进企业班组建设的调查与思考

班组建设是工会服务企业发展、服务职工群众的一项重要群众性经济技术工作。通过深化企业基层班组建设,能够加快推进企业精细化管理进程。在长期的探索、实践和推进班组建设中,企业工会组织如何在班组建设中找准角色定位,使班组建设成效更突出、更受职工欢迎,需要认真调查研究和深入思索。     

Gender differences associated with playing high school varsity soccer

Despite the increased participation of girls in competitive high school athletics, it is unclear that play on sports teams holds the same meaning for adolescent boys and girls. This study investigated school, grade, (freshman and sophomore vs junior and senior), and gender differences associated with a range of factors related to participation in high school varsity soccer play among 65 students attending two high schools, one emphasizing achievement, the other emphasizing competitive involvement in athletics, including soccer. Also of interest was the relationship between both soccer involvement and soccer knowledge and school climate, empathy, occupational interest, and perceived parent behavior. Because gender differences were found in comparative and correlational analysis, it is concluded that play on varsity soccer teams holds different meanings and values for adolescent boys and girls.An earlier version of this article was presented at the annual meeting of the American Anthropological Association, Denver, November 1984. The two authors shared equally in carrying out the research reported here.She received her doctorate in sociology and education from the University of Minnesota. Her research interests include children's social development and games, the transition from school to work, and schools in central cities.He received his doctorate in developmental psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago. His research interests include social cognitive development, gay and lesbian relationships, and the effects of divorce on children.

One Small Step at a Time: Implementing Continuous Quality Improvement in Child and Youth Mental Health Services

Continuous quality improvement (CQI) is increasingly being adopted by health care, including child and youth mental health services. As part of the commitment to ongoing quality improvement, child and youth mental health teams in the Fraser region in British Columbia undertook CQI projects over a one year period (2007–2008). The projects covered a range of domains and service features and staff gained experience in developing projects. Patience, management support and ongoing dialogue were key elements in the implementation of CQI. Three projects are highlighted to illustrate how teams developed their own unique projects and the outcomes.     

9: Promoting Professional Teamwork

Teamwork is the most popular method of treatment design and delivery in child and youth care work. In this chapter several of the structural ingredients and human conditions that are needed to implement teams are outlined. A method for teaching teamwork to students and practitioners is also presented.

Rumours from the cauldron: Competition among feminist writers

Why have feminists been silent about competition among women? Most of us feel a personal distress and a political confusion when we acknowledge such rivalry. Is competition antithetical to feminism? Competition among women writers is a highly charged topic because literature is a peculiarly public project from a particularly private endeavor. This paper is written to open the issue for discussion within the larger feminist forum.Here I suggest that women cannot win by competing in an androcentric system. To clearly understand competition, we will want to distinguish between competitive feelings and the process or competition, between suffering and virtue, between criticism and conflict and between competition for patriarchal fame and status and an internal competition for artistic excellence. I suggest that many of us get caught in envy or our own fears of ambition or our skewed ideas about literary criticism. In addition, the essay criticizes the notion of art as magic. I discuss writing as labor, suggesting that writers confront publishers about wages and working conditions rather than compete with each other for limited resources.Having examined competitiveness within the androcentric system more clearly, can we find any ways for competition to serve us? Is it possible to go back to the Latin root of compete (to meet, to strive together) and develop a ‘feminist competition’ which allows for both individual and collective progress?
