Polymorphisms of eight STR loci in Chinese and African (Xhosa)populations

Allele frequencies for eight short tandem repeal loci (D16S539, D7S820, D13S317, D5S818, CSF1PO, TPOX, TH01 and vWA) were obtained from samples of 100 Chinese and 96 African (Xhosa) unrelated individuals.     

STR data for 09 autosomal STR markers from Rio Grande do Sul (southern Brazil)

Allele frequencies for 09 STR autosomal loci (D3S1358, D5S818, D7S820, D8S1179, D13S317, D18S51, D21S11, FGA and VWA) included in the AmpFlSTR Profiler Plus were obtained from a sample of unrelated individuals from Rio Grande do Sul (southern Brazil).     

STR data for the AmpFlSTR Profiler Plus loci from Greece

Allele frequencies for the nine STRs included in the AmpFlSTR Profiler Plus kit (D3S1358, VWA, FGA, D8S1179, D21S11, D18S51, D5S818, D13S317 and D7S820) were estimated from a sample of 143 unrelated individuals living in different regions of Greece.     

STR data (AmpFlSTR profiler plus) from north Portugal

Allele frequencies for the nine STRs included in the AmpFlSTR Profiler Plus kit (D3S1358, VWA, FGA, D8S1179, D21S11, D18S51, D5S818, D13S317 and D7S820) were estimated from a sample of 365-427 unrelated individuals born in north Portugal.     

Flemish population data using the AmpF/STR Profiler PCR amplification kit

Population frequency data for nine short tandem repeats (STR) (D3S1358, VWA, FGA, TH01, TPOX, CSF1PO, D5S818, D13S317 and D7S820) were determined from 280 unrelated Caucasians from the North region of Belgium (Flanders). The data were obtained using the AmpF/STR Profiler kit from Applied Biosystems.

目的研究Ｄ５Ｓ８１８,Ｄ７Ｓ８２０的多态性及法医学应用价值。方法应用聚合酶链反应（ＰＣＲ）、聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分离及银染显带技术对武汉地区汉族２３２例无关个体作Ｄ５Ｓ８１８,Ｄ７Ｓ８２０位点分型调查。结果Ｄ５Ｓ８１８和Ｄ７Ｓ８２０位点分别检出８个和６个等位基因,获汉族人群基因频率分布。二位点基因型频率分布符合ＨａｒｄｙＷｅｉｎｂｅｒｇ平衡。位点杂合度分别为０８１２１和０７９３４,个人识别能力分别为０９４１６和０９２５５,非父排除率分别为０５８４２和０５８１６。结论Ｄ５Ｓ８１８和Ｄ７Ｓ８２０ＳＴＲ位点均是高杂合度、高鉴别能力的遗传标记系统,在法医学个人识别和亲子鉴定中有较高实用价值     

STR data for the AmpFlSTR SGM Plus and Profiler loci from Taiwan

Allele frequencies for the 15 STRs included in the AmpFlSTR SGM Plus and Profiler kit (D3S1358, VWA, D16S539, D2S1338, D8S1179, D21S11, D18S51, D19S433, THO1, FGA, TPOX, CSF1PO, D5S818, D13S317 and D7S820) were obtained from a sample of 597 unrelated individuals living in Taiwan. All loci, except for D8S1179 and D5S818, are in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.     

Population data on nine STRs from Cantabria, a mountainous region in northern Spain.

Allele frequencies for nine STRs loci included in the AmpFlTR Profiler Plus kit (D3S1358, vWA, FGA, D8S1179, D21S11, D18S51, D5S818, D13S317, D7S820) were obtained from a sample of 158 unrelated individuals living in Cantabria, a region in northern Spain.     

Allele frequencies for nine STR loci in a Korean ethnic group from northeast China

Allele frequencies for the nine tetrameric short tandem repeats (STR) loci D3S1358, vWA, FGA, D8S1179, D21S11, D18S51, D5S818, D13S317, D7S820 (AmpFlSTR) Profiler Plus PCR Amplification kit, PE Applied Biosystems) were determined in 109 unrelated Korean ethnic group individuals from northeast China.     

Genetic data of 9 STR loci from Henan Province (central China)

Allele frequencies of the nine short tandem repeats (STR) loci D8S1179, D21S11, D18S51, D5S818, D3S1358, D7S820, vWA, FGA (AmpFlSTR Profiler Plus) were determined in a population sample of unrelated individuals living in central China.     

STR data (AmpFlSTR Profiler Plus and GenePrint CTTv) from Mozambique

Allele frequencies for twelve STRs included in the AmpFlSTR Profiler Plus kit (D3S1358, VWA, FGA, D8S1179, D21S11, D18S51, D5S818, D13S317 and D7S820) and GenePrint CTTv kit (VWA, TH01, TPO and CSF1PO) were estimated from a sample of 110 unrelated individuals from Mozambique.     

STR data for the AmpFlSTR profiler plus loci from Macau (China).

Allele frequencies for the nine STRs included in the AmpFlSTR profiler plus kit (D3S1358, VWA, FGA, D8S1179, D21S11, D18S51, D5S818, D13S317 and D7S820) were estimated from a sample of 87 unrelated individuals living in the region of Macau, a territory located in the southeastern coast of China.     

17 STR data (AmpF/STR Identifiler and Powerplex 16 System) from Cabinda (Angola)

Allele frequencies for seventeen STRs included in the AmpF/STR Identifiler (CSF1PO, D2S1338, D3S1358, D5S818, D7S820, D8S1179, D13S317, D16S539, D18S51, D19S433, D21S11, FGA, TH01, TPOX, and VWA) and Powerplex 16 System (CSF1PO, D3S1358, D5S818, D7S820, D8S1179, D13S317, D16S539, D18S51, D21S11, FGA, Penta D, Penta E, TH01, TPOX, and VWA) were estimated from a sample of 110 unrelated individuals from Cabinda, Angola. Comparative analyses between our population data and other African databases, namely Promega's African-Americans, AB Applied Biosystems African-Americans and five other population samples gathered from the literature are also presented.     

Allele frequencies for nine STR loci in Beijing Chinese

Allele frequencies for nine STR loci namely, D3S1358, HUMvWA, HUMFIBRA/FGA, D8S1179, D21S11, D18S51, D5S818, D13S317 and D7S820 were obtained from a sample of 198 unrelated Chinese in Beijing, China.     

Allele distribution of 15 STR loci used for human identity purposes in the Greek Cypriot population of the island of Cyprus

Allele frequencies for 15 STRs (D3S1358, vWA, FGA, D8S1179, D21S11, D18S51, D5S818, D13S317, D7S820, THO1, Penta E, D16S539, CSF1PO, Penta D and TPOX) in the PowerPlex-16 System (Promega Corporation) were derived from a sample of 1475 unrelated Greek Cypriot individuals from the island of Cyprus.     

Population data on 15 autosomal STRs in a sample from East Timor

Allele frequencies for the fifteen STRs included in the AmpF/STR Identifiler (CSF1PO, D2S1338, D3S1358, D5S818, D7S820, D8S1179, D13S317, D16S539, D18S51, D19S433, D21S11, FGA, TH01, TPO and VWA) were estimated from a sample of 186 unrelated individuals from East Timor. No deviations from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium were observed (only after applying the Bonferroni correction in the cases of D2S1338, TPO and D5S818). Genetic parameters of forensic interest were calculated and comparison with geographically nearby populations was performed.     

Population data of nine STR loci,D3S1358, vWA,FGA, TH01, TPOX,CSF1PO,D5S818, D13S317 and D7S820, in Bangladeshis and Indonesians

Allele frequencies of nine short tandem repeat (STR) loci, D3S1358, vWA, FGA, TH01, TPOX, CSF1PO, D5S818, D13S317 and D7S820, were determined for 127 unrelated Bangladeshi individuals and 105 unrelated Indonesian individuals using the AmpFLSTR Profiler Kit. The genotype frequency distributions of the nine STR loci were in the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium for both populations.     

Allele distribution data of nine short tandem repeat loci for Turkish population: D3S1358, vWA,FGA, D8S1179, D21S11, D18S51, D5S818, D13S317, D7S820

Allele and genotype frequencies for the nine loci D3S1358, vWA, FGA, D8S1179, D21S11, D18S51, D5S818, D13S317 and D7S820 were determined for 310 unrelated Turkish individuals.     

Population data on the AmpF/STR Identifiler loci in Africans and Europeans from South Africa

Allele frequencies of 15 short tandem repeat (STR) loci, D8S1179, D21S11, D7S820, CSF1PO, D3S1358, TH01, D13S317, D16S539, D2S1338, D19S433, vWA, TPOX, D18S51, D5S818 and FGA, were determined for 98 unrelated Africans from South Africa and 98 unrelated Europeans from South Africa using the AmpFlSTR Identifiler PCR amplification kit. The genotype frequency distributions of the 15 STR loci were in the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium for both populations.     

Allele frequencies and genetic data of 16 highly polymorphic loci in Koreans

Allele and genotype frequencies for the 15 STR loci (FGA, vWA, MBP-L, MBP-H, HumTh01, D3S1358, D3S2406, D5S818, D7S820, D8S1179, D13S317, D18S51, D19S253, and D21S11) and two VNTR loci (D1S80 and D17S5) in a sample of unrelated Koreans were determined.
