人文关怀:北京奥运会的灵魂理念

奥运会不仅是全世界最高水平的体育运动竞赛,也是全球文化的交融和友谊的盛会。2008年北京奥运会提出了一个充满创意的口号——"科技奥运、绿色奥运、人文奥运"。那么,什么是人文奥运?人文奥运体现着怎样的奥运理念,又对奥运会的筹办提出了哪些人文要求呢?"人文"一词,泛指人类社会的各种文化现象。人文奥运,即是指以人为主体的奥运参与文化现象。人类生存和繁衍,离不开同类之间的人文关怀。历史发展、社会进步的重要支撑之一便是永不消失的人文精神。     

创造与超越——体育的人文内涵兼论奥林匹克精神

北京申办2008年奥运会，提出了要把奥运会办成人文奥运、绿色奥运、科技奥运，其中把人文奥运作为申奥的基本理念。     

青岛：同迎奥帆赛 共建文明城

2007年3月27日，山东省青岛市委、市政府为贯彻胡锦涛总书记主持召开的中央政治局听取2008年北京奥运会筹办工作汇报会的精神．召开了“青岛市推进人文奥运工作动员大会”。会上，市文明办向全市发出了关于深入开展“同迎奥帆赛共建文明城”主题活动，把全面推进人文奥运工作与掀起新一轮文明城市创建结合起来，上下广泛动员．市民群众积极参与，在全市形成了“企盼奥运、参与奥运、奉献奥运、共享奥运”的浓厚氛围，使人文奥运在更大范围、更广领域内不断推向深入。     

欧洲时报：北京节俭办奥运 值得期待

北京从民间招募千户“奥运人家”

今年4月，北京全面启动奥运期间接待境外客人的“奥运人家”招募活动。按计划。奥运期间，北京市将有1000户“奥运人家”迎接海外来宾。这是为了更好地体现“人文奥运”精神，让海外观众和游客走进北京市民家庭，体验市民生活并与他们进行友好交流。     

人文奥运与文化北京

人文奥运“奥运”以全世界规模的体育赛事创始之后几届,便开始比较成熟地主张着“人文”之精神了。“人文”精神最早体现于文化艺术,与体现于“奥运”是有着内容上的不尽相同之处的。文化艺术主张的“人文”精神是“自由、平等、博爱”。“博爱”在文化艺术中,亦即人类的人道精神。而“奥运精神”所主张的“人文”口号,更主要地强调国与国之间的“平等”,以及对世界和平的祈祝。因而,中国提出举办“人文奥运”的承诺,务在自我宣传方面注意两点:第一,“人文奥运”虽由我们所明确提出,但绝非中国之发明,也非一种举办理念的升华,而是继承传统。我们只能强调我们将竭尽全力,     

无烟世博：接力无烟奥运

2004年4月20日，温家宝总理对世界卫生组织前总干事李钟郁博士作出承诺：把2008年北京奥运办成绿色奥运、科技奥运、人文奥运。中国是《烟草控制框架公约》生效后第一个举办奥运会的国家，要办一个绿色的奥运，就是要把无烟奥运纳入其中。无烟奥运是开展公共场所禁止吸烟、创建无烟草广告城市、保障人民健康工作的继续与发展，是构建和谐社会的具体实践。

历届奥运会曾频频发生自然灾害和人为事故,由于这些流血事件的发生及严峻的国际安全形势,安全在奥运会的举办中显得越来越重要。建立奥运会安全保障体系,做好奥运会期间的安全防范工作,杜绝重大安全事故发生,是保证奥运会成功举办的首要条件。2004年雅典奥运会安保工作投资大、科技含量高,注重人员培训和国际合作,建立了立体式的安全网,积极发动公众参与奥运安保的维护,其安保工作的许多经验值得北京奥运借鉴。

From Olympic to National Games

China's 14th National Games officially opened in Shaanxi Province on September 15, marking the first time for a province in west China to organize the quadrennial multi-sport event since its inaugural edition in 1959. As the highest-level sporting event in the country, a total of 50 Olympic cham-pions, representing all of the country's provinces, municipalities and autono-mous regions, compete during the athletic extravaganza. With COVID-19 still a major consideration, the National Games' organizing committee devised and implemented comprehensive pandemicprevention regulations, with the goal of "zero infections."

正In the run-up to the Olympic Winter Games Beijing 2022, the cream of the winter sports athletic world is upping their training to the most intensive levels. Nearly 2,900 athletes will compete for only 109 coveted pieces of Olympic gold from February 4 to 20 next year, according to the organizing committee of the Beijing 2022 Games.
