应尽快提升社区工作者综合素质

社区工作事关经济社会的发展和稳定,而社区工作的成效取决于是否建设好一支高素质的社区工作者队伍.笔者认为,社区工作者应尽快提升五个方面的水平,以推动社区工作再上新台阶.

随着经济社会的快速发展,人员高频流动,新兴经济、社会组织大量建立,传统社区党建工作面临越来越多新形势和新任务的挑战.非正式组织理论的借鉴和运用为加强和改进社区党建工作、提高社区党建工作的科学化水平提供了一个良好的视角.
