试论哈贝马斯合法性理论

二十世纪以来,西方学术界展开了对西方资本主义合法性问题的研究。在众多的研究者当中,当属德国政治学家、哲学家尤尔根·哈贝马斯的成果突出。哈贝马斯在他的《合法化危机》、《交往与社会进化》等著作中都对晚期资本主义的合法性问题进行了分析研究,批判地剖析了危机产生的根源,提出了避免和解决危机的方法,形成了著名的合法性理论。这不仅是研究资本主义的理论典范,而且是研究社会主义的一个理论支点。当然,由于种种原因,哈贝马斯的理论也有其局限性,值得商榷。     

阶段现状与行为本质:哈贝马斯危机理论再考

哈贝马斯曾于阶级结构、生态平衡和人类学等角度揭示西方发达国家面临的严峻问题。当前,受国家强化干预功能、推进科研与技术依存等内在特点的影响,这些西方社会问题与合理性层面、合法性层面和动机层面的危机相联系。"危机理论"以温和的态度对它们进行揭露和批判,并试图建构一种基于交往合理性的现代道德,为我国现阶段正确认识资本主义社会、全面深化改革和推进文化建设提供了有益的启示与借鉴。     

哈贝马斯合法性理论释读

20世纪 70年代以来 ,西方学术界广泛展开了对当今资本主义社会危机问题的研究 ,其中以哈贝马斯的合法性理论影响最为深远。哈贝马斯辩证综合地修正和重构了合法性概念 ,并且系统地指出了晚期资本主义社会存在的合法性危机 ,批判地剖析了危机产生的根源 ,提出了避免和解决危机的方法。他的合法性理论结构宏大而又紧密联系实际 ,不仅是对资本主义合法性问题分析的理论典范 ,也是研究当今社会主义国家合法性问题的一个理论支点。同时作为一位身处资本主义社会的思想家 ,哈贝马斯的合法性理论仍然有其值得商榷之处和不足之处。     

重建国家与社会的良性互动——哈贝马斯的市民社会理论探析

哈贝马斯主要受到由葛兰西所开创、在文化意义上规约市民社会的当代市民社会理论传统的影响,在早期将市民社会界定为资产阶级公共领域,在后期则界定为生活世界。结合当代资本主义的社会现实,哈贝马斯对市民社会的考察主要落脚于重塑已经发生结构与功能转型的公共领域和被殖民化的生活世界,其目的在于通过重塑理想的市民社会以重建国家与社会的良性互动,进而解决当代资本主义国家的合法化危机等问题。

试析韦伯的“理性化“逻辑及其局限性——评《新教伦理与资本主义精神》

韦伯学说始终围绕"理性化"这个核心概念而展开,在<新教伦理与资本主义精神>中,韦伯从发生学意义上对西方社会理性化的过程追根溯源,认为宗教的理性化促生了文化理性化,而文化理性化又导致了经济理性化即现代资本主义的诞生.细究韦伯命题的前提,韦伯的理性化逻辑存在着一定方法论上的局限性,某种程度上有为资本主义的发展提供合法性论证之嫌.     

政治合法性理论评析

在政治哲学史上,卢梭最早明确提出合法性概念,认为唯有"公意"才是政治合法性的基础。马克斯.韦伯把合法性基础分为对传统的遵从、对卡里斯马的信服和对理性的追随三种。帕森斯基于社会系统理论阐释合法性问题。西方马克思主义注重意识形态对于政治合法性的意义。伊斯顿认为意识形态、结构和个人品质相互作用,共同奠定合法性基础,他区分了"特定支持"和"散布性支持"。哈贝马斯强调建立在价值规范基础上的支持和忠诚,力图实现经验与规范的辩证统一。合法性与有效性既相互区别,又相互影响,相互作用。合法性危机是当今世界各国面临的普遍问题,它表现为"实在的合法性危机"和"潜在的合法性危机"两个层面。
