广告文化与文明建设

在现代社会里 ,广告既是一种促销工具 ,也是一种重要的文化现象。我国的社会主义市场经济决定了我国的广告文化也必须是社会主义文化 ,它在精神文明建设中发挥着重大的作用 ,但当前广告文化中也出现了诸多不良现象 ,影响了社会主义精神文明建设。必须采取积极措施 ,加强有中国特色社会主义先进广告文化建设 ,为精神文明建设做出贡献     

浅议企业精神文明建设与企业文化建设的融合

要实现全面建设小康社会战略目标,就必须大力发展社会主义文化,建设社会主义精神文明。江泽民同志提出,要以"三个代表"统领文化建设,这就阐明了我们党在文化建设上的基本立场,进一步明确了社会主义文化建设的指导思想、前进方向和重要任务。认真学习、深刻领会并在实践中全面贯彻这一重要思想,对于我们正在进行的社会主义文化建设具有重要意义。     

夯实先进文化发展的基础——我区文化基础设施建设成果显著

全面建设小康社会，必须大力发展社会主义文化，建设社会主义精神文明。这是党的十六大报告中提出的。而加强文化基础设施建设，是一个地区、一个城市文明程序的重要体现，是塑造城乡形象，提升城乡品位的重要标志。     

加强安全文化建设 构建和谐铁路企业

Weapons in an Affluent Suburban School

Abstract

This is an exploratory study designed to describe the self-reported violence and weapon carrying behaviors of suburban teenagers from a largely affluent community in the San Francisco Bay area. The paucity of research on the weapon carrying behaviors of suburban adolescents suggests this is a population for which issues related to violence have been ignored. However, the school shootings that have occurred across the United States in recent years have forced a shift in attention to this population. The results of this investigation indicate the weapon carrying behaviors of suburban and urban adolescents are similar with distinct profiles emerging for males and females.

Experiential Teaching in an Adult Development Course: Promoting an Understanding of Intergenerational Interactions

Twelve students in a developmental psychology service-learning course engaged in a service-learning project with two groups of elders in an urban setting. Nine members of the class provided quantitative and qualitative feedback on this experiential learning experience. Survey results indicated that students believed the project increased their interest in the content area and that the project was a valuable aspect of the course. Based on student reflection papers in the course, students could identify specific ways the project helped them to learn course content. Finally, two interviewed students commented on how the project helped dismantle ageist preconceptions they held prior to completing the course. The project illustrates the advantages of experiential teaching in promoting interactions and understanding between diverse age groups. Three recommendations for implementing experiential teaching in community psychology and service-learning courses are presented.
