紫外光谱法分析车用润滑油

在道路交通事故中经常会遇到油脂物证的检验,因此建立一种简便、灵敏、准确的鉴定油脂物证的鉴别方法是十分必要的。文章对64种不同品牌及相同品牌不同型号的市售车用润滑油样品进行了紫外光谱分析,依据吸收峰的个数及位置不同,可将其分为14大类,同时还实现了模拟现场中沥青和水泥路面上的润滑油与原样品的种类识别。实验结果表明:用该法鉴别车用润滑油是一种简便、快速、灵敏、准确的方法。     

油脂物证的荧光分析方法

为建立一种简便、灵敏、准确的油脂物证鉴别方法。采用文检仪对42种市售车用润滑油样品的荧光特性进行了研究。根据不同激发光照射下样品的荧光颜色和强弱不同,可将42种样品区分为XXIII类。验结果表明：该方法具有简单、快速、直观、高效等特点,为油脂物证的检验提供了一种新的技术。

鉴别印章真伪或印泥、印油材料是否相同,是侦破和证实经济犯罪的重要技术手段。鉴别印章所用印泥或印油材料是否相同的方法很多,但多为有损检验。本文采用紫外-可见反射光谱及荧光光谱分析法,利用导数光谱,对10个不同品牌的印泥所形成的12个印章样品进行了直接测试,根据被测样品的峰位和半峰宽度,区分鉴别不同牌号的印泥,取得了较好的结果。     

显微红外光谱法和扫描电镜\能谱法检验汽车油漆物证

本文讨论了红外光谱法、扫描电镜\能谱法相结合检验汽车油漆物证的方法。油漆样品经刮取处理后,通过显微红外光谱法分析有机成分,样品经液氮冷却折断处理后,通过扫描电镜\能谱法分析油漆的断面微观形态和各层元素成分,红外和电镜能谱方法结合,可以对油漆样品进行比对分析,排除来源不同的油漆样品,找出来源相同的油漆样品。

Imaging红外显微镜在物证检验中的应用

Imaging红外显微镜在物证检验尤其是对化学物证检验方面具有优势.它既能采用单点模式对微量样品或样品表面微区进行检验,又能利用图像模式对多组份样品进行结构信息和化学信息进行检验.采用单点模式无需对样品进行特殊制样,检验速度快,更重要的是对样品能够进行无损检验,确保了物证的原样性.     

海洛因掺杂物检验方法的比较研究

从211份全国各地收集的可疑海洛因样品中选取10个样品,分别利用气相色谱仪和红外光谱仪进行检验。气相色谱法可以定性定量检验海洛因及其掺杂物,灵敏度高、操作复杂、有损检验;红外光谱法可以定性检验海洛因及其掺杂物,具有操作简单、速度快,不用其它试剂、不污染检材,样品量小等特点。只有多种方法相互补充,相互印证,才能对海洛因及其掺杂物进行完整系统的检验。     

发光光谱成像检验红色印油

研究鉴别不同品牌、同品牌不同类别红色印油的区分检验方法。运用发光光谱成像技术分别对11个品牌、14种普通印油和原子印油进行检验实验。实验结果表明发光光谱成像技术可以有效鉴别不同品牌、同品牌不同种类印油。     

傅立叶红外光谱（ATR）法检验纺织纤维

文章利用傅立叶红外光谱(ATR)法对收集到的纺织纤维样品进行种类上的区分,包括同种颜色(红色)不同品牌不同厂家的毛绒纤维样品,同一品牌相近颜色的纺织纤维样品,同种颜色(红色)不同品牌不同厂家的羊绒、腈纶纤维样品。根据红外谱图、数据分析,将纺织纤维样品分为3组,每组均为2类。其实验结果表明,红外光谱(ATR)法对于分析纺织纤维样品,分析速度快、样品需求量小,而且无损、不消耗检材,通过重复性实验,证实了其实验结果准确可靠。     

拉曼光谱法检验无机炸药分析

利用拉曼光谱仪对硝铵、氯酸盐炸药和黑火药中主要成分进行检验分析。结果表明硫酸铵、氯酸钾、高氯酸钾、硝酸钾、硝酸钠、硝酸铵等无机化合物具有不同的拉曼位移。该方法能够直接检验出无机炸药中的一些主要成分,并且具有操作快速简便,无损检材等优点。     

Multinational oil companies and the spratly dispute

Unlike other studies on the contest for the South China Sea which heavily rely on security and foreign policy analyses, this article analyzes the issue focusing on the impact of multinational oil companies on the national policies of the littoral countries and on the territorial dispute in the South China Sea. This study acknowledges that there are many other additional factors and forces (strategic, military, economic, historical, etc.) affecting the dispute. However, they will not be included in the focus of this study. This article singles out oil companies as one important factor and argues that the participation of multinational oil companies in the South China Sea further internationalizes the dispute and increases international attention to the dispute. Because of the internationalization of the dispute and the need for a stable environment for economic growth in the region, it is unlikely for any disputers to engage in a major conflict without incurring high costs in military, political and economic terms. Under such conditions, western oil companies play critical roles. This study has five sections. The first section describes the background of the dispute in the Spratly Islands. The second section discusses the national policies of the host countries to attract western oil companies to engage in oil exploration in the Spratlys. The third section analyzes oil companies’ attitudes and their corporate strategies for exploration there. The fourth section uses the case of the Wanan Bei dispute to illustrate the role of western oil companies’ in the dispute. The final section summarizes the influence made by the western oil companies.     

GC法在物证检验中的应用

近年来,随着物证技术仪器检测方法的研究不断深入,很多新技术手段应用到案件的破获以及司法鉴定当中,为结论的准确性提供了重要保证。笔者对气相色谱法在物证检验及文件物证中的应用进行了简要的总结阐述。GC技术以其分离高效、分离速度快而准确的特性得到广泛应用。在微量物证中广泛的应用于爆炸残留物、涂料、塑料、橡胶、油类和纤维的检验,在文件形成时间上的研究中也将起到重要作用。

利用氢气燃烧特性 ,采用即刻制氢随用随产的装置 ,安装在汽柴油车上与燃油混烧 ,使燃烧状况获得改善 ,特别是能够减少柴油车黑烟排放 ,建站及改装费用低 ,使用上简单方便 ,安全性好。

祭油神习俗是湘西永顺土家族历史上普遍存在的一种文化现象,现今还保存在部分土家族传统村落之中。永顺长光村土家族祭油神习俗主要表现在油茶生产的相关禁忌以及仪式两个方面。湖南永顺油茶林农复合系统是武陵山区农业生产的重要内容,是活态传承着的重要农业文化遗产,从这个意义上来说,祭油神是一种农耕文化习俗。     

Suspended Operations

A ship from China’s State Oceanic Administration (SOA) evaluates ConocoPhillips’s clean-up efforts in the Bohai Bay on September 2.That day, the SOA ordered the U.S. oil giant to cease all operations on the Penglai 19-3 Oilfield after the company failed to plug leaks in the oilfield by the administration’s August 31 deadline.The oil leaking from the oilfield caused by ConocoPhillips at the Penglai 19-3 Oilfield in the Bohai Bay was first spotted in June. The oil has since spread to beaches in China’s Hebei and Liaoning provinces, causing huge losses in the provinces’ tourism and aquatic farming industries.On September 7, ConocoPhillips said it will establish a fund to compensate victims of the oil spill in line with Chinese laws and to benefit the general environment of the Bohai Bay.     

论跨境环境损害民事责任的法律适用——以冲突规范为研究对象

作为统一实体法规范的国际环境民事责任公约在高度危险活动领域如核能利用、石油污染等发挥着巨大作用,但对于一般环境损害未做任何规定,因此,需要由国内冲突法规范加以调整。由于传统的调整方法——侵权行为地法很难解决当今环境损害中的所有问题,笔者以为在继续追求冲突法正义的同时也应顾及到索赔主体实体利益的保护,于是,有必要考虑新的系属公式如当事人合意选择的法律、对受害人有利的法律等。但仍应赋予侵权行为地法最重要的地位,同时采用选择性冲突规则。     

中国当代架上绘画符号化现象解读

图式和符号化的绘画语言反映了当代油画家对社会生活、人类命运的哲学的思考和探索。当然也造成了年轻的画家们急功近利心态,片面追求符号化的“当代”意味,散发着浓重的追名逐利的猥琐气息。这是我们需要冷静思考的。
