该文分析了商品的"客观品质"与消费者的"主观品质"之间的关系,认为对商品品质的认同最终会转化为对商业标记即品牌标识的认同,形成品牌效应,而商品品牌建设的基本进路是传播商品特色。因此,该文认为,古镇作为文化遗产也应当传播古镇文化旅游产品的特色文化,并提出古镇文化旅游产品以特质文化打造品牌的对策。  相似文献

旅游古镇是桂北地区旅游产品的重要组成部分,具有地域民族特色的传统商业街道空间是旅游古镇的核心旅游吸引物。研究选取桂北地区代表性旅游古镇兴坪镇为案例点,从空间使用者角度构建了传统商业街道空间质量评价指标体系。通过定量研究的方法,研究发现其质量主要受文化因子、功能因子、流通性因子、活动性因子和环境支持因子影响,文化因子在决定旅游古镇传统商业街道空间质量中占据首位重要度,现代商业功能是空间质量的关键要素。研究有助于考察桂北古镇传统商业街道空间在旅游环境中的适应性,提高传统商业街道空间的管理水平。  相似文献
