监狱劳教工作方方面面,千头万绪,目前又面临着“严打”整治斗争带来的押犯、劳教人员急剧增容和教育改造“法轮功”人员的繁重任务。如何搞好查摆和整改工作,我们必须突出重点,狠抓落实,确保“严打”斗争和“双执”教育整顿工作任务的完成。 一是要明确查摆、整改的重点。要根据司法部提出的“三个绝对不能”、“四个绝对不允许”的目标要求,突出抓好教育整顿实施方案中提出的五个整顿重点和重点整顿的十个方面。查摆要紧密结合本单位实际,对要查摆的内容进行深化、细化、具体化,做到言之有物,查之有据,整有方向,改有效果。
