党的基层组织是党执政的重要基础 ,十四届四中全会以来 ,农村基层党组织建设取得了显著成绩 ,但还存在不适应性的问题。在新的历史条件下 ,必须加强农村基层党组织的建设 ,以适应新形势发展变化     

A Century of International Exchanges

正Since the founding of the Communist Party of China(CPC) 100 years ago, the CPC has been engaged in international exchanges.The CPC's international exchanges over the past century has changed with the Party's focus throughout different historical periods. Since the 18 th CPC National Congress took place in 2012, the Party's international engagement has been executed via in-depth exchanges with various foreign counterparts, building a global network of political parties and facilitating the creation of a community with a shared future for humanity.

中国共产党与妇女运动的关系是中国特色妇女理论的重要内容。文章运用文献研究的方法,对1927—1937年中共中央及部分省份关于妇女运动的有关文件进行了研究。发现这一时期中国共产党的妇女工作理念是“整体化”,即将妇女运动作为中国共产党所领导的无产阶级革命斗争的“整体部分”,而不是附属于党的工作的独立部分;并通过不断自省的方法,检查党的妇女工作的失误,使党的妇女工作理念得以实施;党的妇女工作的具体方法是深切体察妇女的特殊需求,并努力在革命进程中体现妇女的特殊利益。党的妇女工作理念与方法对妇女运动的影响呈多向性特征。

如何按照先进性建设的要求,不断加强党员领导干部的党性锻炼,是在新的历史条件下推进党的建设新的伟大工程必须解决的重大课题。新时期加强党员领导干部的党性锻炼,是党的先进性建设的重要内容;在新的历史条件下,党员领导干部必须围绕改造世界观加强党性锻炼;按照先进性建设要求,构建加强党员领导干部党性锻炼的长效机制。     

HISTORY AND CONTINUITY

Traditionally, the Sixth Plenary Session of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee focuses on ideological matters and usually sees a few reassertions and occasionally some redefinitions of the Party's central role. In recent years, sixth plenums have focused on discussions of the Party affairs, questions of ideology and Party building. At the conclusion of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, the Party released the text of the Resolution of the CPC Central Committee on the Major Achievements and Historical Experience of the Party Over the Past Century. The plenum, held in Beijing from November 8 to 11, laid the groundwork for the CPC National Congress in 2022. The meeting reviewed the work of the CPC over the last 100 years and set goals for the future.

The Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee has concluded with a much anticipated resolution on the Party's history, the third such resolution since the Party's founding, amid expectation that a new assessment would appear this year. The session came at a time when China signaled it had entered a "new era" and celebrated the 100th anniversary of the Party's founding in tandem with achieving a xiaokang (moderately prosperous) society and after eliminating extreme poverty, while transitioning to a new development model, advancing the green revolution, recovering from the pandemic, and further bolstering sovereignty and national defense. Chinese media reports for the most part have focused on the 10 principles or lessons the report provides to help China tackle major challenges in coming decades.

The Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), held in Beijing from November 8 to 11, fo-cused on the Party's achievements over the past century and the lessons it has drawn from this process. This session is particularly crucial for today's China. Since its inception, the CPC has devoted itself to the cause of re-vitalizing the Chinese nation. The great rejuvenation is divided into two stages, also known as the two centenary goals. The first refers to the completion of build-ing a moderately prosperous society in all respects by the centenary of the CPC in 2021, and the sec-ond is to transform China into a modern socialist country that is prosperous, strong, democratic, culturally advanced, harmonious and beautiful by the centenary of the People's Republic of China (PRC)—founded in 1949. July 1 this year marked the CPC's 100th anniversary and the na-tion's achievement of the first goal. Today, the whole country marches toward the second goal under the Party's leadership. Convened at this juncture of transitioning from the first goal to the second, the Sixth Plenary Session was entrusted with chart-ing a clearer course for the nation's future. History offers important insights. The most valuable experience taken from the past century would be the importance of adhering to the Party's leadership, sticking to the road of socialism with Chinese char-acteristics and to the reform and opening-up policy, as these are the three forces that have steered China through various diffi-culties and toward prosperity.

CPC Outlines Self-Building Priorities

The Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) closed in Beijing on September 18, with pledges to expand intra-Party democracy and resolutely fight corruption. A total of 194 full members and 163 alternate members of the committee, the Party's top decision-making body, attended the four-day plenum, which was presided over by its Political Bureau. Hu Jintao, General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee, delivered a work report at the meeting.
