Defenders of Freedom or Perpetrators and Facilitators of Crimes? Beyond Progressive Retreatism in the Trump Era

ABSTRACT

Heavily influenced by broad definitions of crime developed by a few pioneering critical criminologists, the main objective of this article is to provide evidence showing that the current Trump administration is a regime that commits crimes of the powerful and facilitates some types of interpersonal violence in private places. Special attention is devoted to direct and in-direct state-perpetrated violent crimes against women.     

From environmental policy concepts to practicable tools: Knowledge creation and delegation in multilevel systems

The problem‐solving capacity and problem‐generating potential of multilevel systems entail the need for the delegation of authority. When the problem concerned is about how to put an abstract policy concept into a practicable policy tool, the choice of the respective delegation trajectory depends on the policy models or the policy‐relevant knowledge that the respective political levels can supply. When regarding the European Union (EU) level as the starting point of knowledge creation and delegation trajectories, and concentrating on transaction costs, policy knowledge and models generated at the international level provide the most cost‐effective solution. Only when the international level is not able to provide further policy knowledge and innovation does the EU delegate its definitional authority, first downward to the member states and then sideways to EU agencies. We illustrate the plausibility of our dynamic understanding of multilevel governance by using Environmental Policy Integration as an example.     

新时代青年的英雄观:现状、特征及其影响因素

培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人是习近平在党的十九大报告中提出的新要求,在这个背景下研究新时代青年的英雄观也就具有重要的意义。通过问卷调查研究,发现新时代青年的英雄观呈现"总体基本一致,以主流价值观为主""由多维构成,最认同道德品质和做事风格""基本具备情感和动机功能,具有榜样示范价值"的现状,以及"民族性""革命性""时代性""平民性""现代性""娱乐性""多元性"七个特征,并明显受到家庭、学校、社会这三个方面的因素影响。在调查分析的基础上,我们提出多方重视针对性提高家庭教育的功能、全方位提升学校主阵地教育功能、高效发挥媒体融合的优势互补作用、努力拓展影视作品价值引领功能等四项建议,以期引导新时代青年树立正确的英雄观。     

资本研究与统计方法

对资本的研究是一个永恒的话题。价值＝应付成本，剩余价值＝内生利润。“劳动价值”与“商品价值”相对等，商品的价值量＝以时间单位计量的劳动量。瓦尔拉斯均衡的假设前提是零利润。“社会的价值体系”、“企业家的价值体系”都指精神层面观念意义上的“价值”，这与马克思设定的生产层面工时意义上的“价值”，实际上是完全不同的两回事。垄断必然造成经济非均衡。在“资本形成”过程中既有利润率变动，也有利润率不变动。“利润率现象”取决于当时市场是非均衡状态，还是均衡状态。非均衡必须变化为均衡，这是平均利润率出现并存在的必要前提。借助概率与统计方法，通过推导得知，利润率总量与积分有关，平均利润率与导数有关。     

Effect of Wind on Horizontal Displacement of Fatal Fall from a Height

The horizontal displacement of the human body resulting from fatal fall from a height is an important variable commonly used to inversely determine the cause or identify other forensic aspects of the fall. When examining the horizontal displacement, the wind effect is generally ignored. This technical note reports analytical modeling of the falling process, utilizing previous measurements of wind force acting on the human body, for determining the functional relationship between the wind speed and the horizontal displacement in the falling process. The result reveals that it does not take extremely rare wind conditions to cause a considerable shift of the human body, highlighting the importance to consider wind as a factor in investigations of fatal falls.

在我国石油企业中采油一线员工占比最多,在劳动过程中会遇到各种各样的职业健康危害。实现采油一线员工身心健康,是人力资源保障的重要内容,是石油企业应尽的责任,也是企业实现和谐发展的必然选择。文章以采油一线员工为研究对象,通过调查、访谈,了解员工对职业健康的感知程度,掌握石油企业职业健康管理现状,分析存在的问题,并从企业自身出发提出了改善措施。

党的十九届五中全会审议通过的《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十四个五年规划和二〇三五年远景目标的建议》提出:“弘扬党和人民在各个历史时期奋斗中形成的伟大精神。”这种伟大精神为推进新时代中国特色社会主义事业提供了强大的精神力量。在98年前的1923年2月7日那场血与火的斗争中,由京汉铁路二七斗争的红色基因铸就而成的伟大二七精神,在今天中国特色社会主义进入新时代时期对我们全体铁路人来说,更加凸显其深远的历史意义和时代价值。     

高校青年教师的情绪劳动会导致过劳吗？ ——中介及调节变量的检验

高校青年教师的情绪劳动是否会造成过劳,对个人健康、组织运行和社会发展均具有重要影响。研究探讨情绪劳动对过度劳动的作用机理和影响路径,验证情绪劳动是否通过职业紧张的中介作用对过度劳动产生影响,并检验组织支持感在两者之间的调节作用。研究结果表明:情绪劳动对职业紧张和过度劳动都有着显著的正向影响,职业紧张在情绪劳动与过度劳动之间起部分中介作用,组织支持感在情绪劳动因素之一的表层扮演与过度劳动之间起负向调节作用。
