驾驶行为干预体系在交通管理中的应用

机动车驾驶人良好的驾驶习惯与交通安全和交通秩序之间有着密切的联系,本文采用随机抽样方法,通过专门设计的问卷,共调查了155名机动车驾驶人,收集驾驶人的基本特征、交通安全认知、驾驶行为习惯等相关情况。通过收集的资料,应用团体教育的方式进行驾驶行为干预,规范其驾驶行为,提高驾驶人交通安全意识,减少交通不安全因素,形成良好的交通秩序。     

如何正确看待新中国成立后的两个30年

新中国成立后，经历了60余年的风雨历程。这60余年，大致可以分为前30年和后30年两个历史阶段。前30年为社会主义革命和建设时期，后30年为改革开放新时期。究竟怎样看待这两个30年及其相互关系才是正确的，笔者认为：前30年在重大挫折中取得了重大成绩，后30年在改革开放中成绩举世瞩目但问题引入注目，后30年是在前30年基础上发展起来的。它们之间是探索、铺垫与继承、发展的关系。

The six speakers this morning have helped us see more clearly and from different perspectives the reality of the intemational community' s joint efforts to help with the reconstruction of Afghanistan and each party's position and policies.The six speakers confirmed the view of Mr.Alvaro de Vasconcelos that various national and international actors are playing a part in the reconstruction process.In Afghanistan,we have seen the positive role played by the International Red Cross.But we cannot deny that there are also lots of other non-state actors playing a role,from A1 Qaeda to the intemational arms industry that profit from war.     

Appendix A: The DPRK's Debts

The global value chain concept has become one of the most influential frameworks used in the study of globalization. The paradigm, however, is deficient in explicating the exploitative nature of global value chain governance. Based on a study of soccer ball production in China and Pakistan, this article analyzes global production from three perspectives: the role of the state in shaping the host countries' mode of production and legal framework, the issue of how surplus value is created and distributed, and the use of child labor or prison labor to remain competitive in the chain. The article shows, in the case of Pakistan, how a country using a lower-labor-costs strategy to retain a place in a global value chain allows its workers to be exploited and pauperizes its people.

马克思对市民社会内在结构的认识经历了一个复杂的历史发展过程。对于私有财产的分析和批判、异化劳动理论的建构和扬弃、分工概念的使用和深化,都标志着马克思对市民社会内在结构理解的逐步深入。基于新的历史观,马克思具体区分了广义与狭义市民社会,历史地分析了市民社会的内在结构,从而实现市民社会理论的彻底变革。     

未成年人刑事案件法庭教育之界定

科学界定法庭教育的概念和属性,全面揭示法庭教育制度的属性和功能定位,是解决当前有关法庭教育制度诸多争议的基本前提和重要途径。法庭教育是衔接公安、检察机关和刑罚执行机关教育、矫正环节的重要"桥梁";是贯穿审判全程的教育;是突出被告人主体性的价值教育;是强制性和干预性的特殊社会教育;是与审前社会调查、心理辅导、亲情感化、合适成年人参与、营造适当教育情境等程序保护措施和审判方式相辅相成的司法活动。     

NATO＇s Strategic Readjustment

In April 2009, the NATO Strasbourg-Kehl Summit adopted a series of joint declarations and strategic plans, demonstrating that NATO is entering a new round of military-political strategic adjustment. NATO＇s new strategic direction has been motivated by various internal and external factors, including the pressure of the new international environment, the Obama administration＇s desire to upgrade strategic cooperation with its allies, the major European states represented by France and Germany seeking to strengthen the European pillar within NATO, and the urgent need to readjust NATO＇s external relations. The aim of the strategic readjustment is to advance NATO＇s military and political transformation from a regional collective defense organization into a more active and powerful Western military-political alliance. NATO is still facing a series of difficulties and challenges： the disappearance of the common threat of the Soviet bloc, the differing interests of the member states, and the fluctuation of real strength within the NATO will all impose constraints on NATO＇s development. Thus, there are still doubts and uncertainties about NATO＇s future role and position.
