我国家族企业内部纠纷的起因与规范——以家族企业内部的产权关系为视角

随着家族企业对社会经济发展作用的日益增强,我国家族企业内部纠纷已经不再是婚姻、家庭内部的事情,它关涉企业的发展与壮大甚至存活.本文认为,家庭财产与企业资产的混同,家庭生活与企业生产的重叠,个人投资与家庭投入的模糊,体力付出与脑力贡献的混淆等是家族企业内部纠纷产生的根源.因此,资产归属的事先明确是避免家族企业内部纠纷的关键.     

高校人才培养实践模式中的APO法探析

随着社会对人才需求呈现多变、个性化及多样化的趋势,高校的人才培养应具备敏捷反应、动态柔性、受众契合①的特点,形成对人才市场需求的变化作出快速反应并迅速适应的良好能力。基于这种体悟与认识,文章创新性地探索了在快速变化的人才供需环境中,能够极大发挥生存与发展空间并扩大竞争优势的、更为积极有效的实践性人才培养工作方法——APO法②,即:关注点(Attention points)——表现点(Presentation points)——工作点(Operation points)的人才培养模式。文章对APO法关注点——表现点——工作点模式的理念、思路、运用、原则及特点等,进行了方法论上的阐述,以获得相关的有益认知。     

19世纪末西方在华传教士的朝鲜观——以《教务杂志》为中心的考察

19世纪中叶以前的朝鲜，从未进入西方世俗世界的视野中。这种状况在19世纪60年代以后逐步改变。实际上，在整个19世纪后半叶，西方列强和崛起的日本都将侵略的矛头对准了朝鲜。伴随着列强侵略的进程，“隐士之国”朝鲜被揭开了神秘面纱。在向世人揭开朝鲜面纱时，西方传教士在中国创办的《教务杂志》（TheChineseRecorder）发挥了重要作用。由于西方传教士长久生活于朝鲜社会中，更少有功利性，因而反映的朝鲜面目更具有真实性和全面性。
