蓝黄战略交融,推进“蓝、黄”区域经济一体化的对策研究

山东半岛蓝色经济区发展规划和黄河三角洲高效生态经济区发展规划都突出了科学发展这一主题,突出了高效生态经济取向;"蓝黄"两区存在着高度重合。在此背景下,如果实现两大经济区的对接、融合,科学规划,一体发展,将会加快两区经济高效健康发展。为了实现区域一体化的构建,该文提出如下具体对策和建议:加快发展绿色能源产业;发展生态观光旅游业,构建蓝黄大旅游圈;优化区域内高校学科设置,加快产学研科技创新体系建设;加强合作,发展疏运交通体系和现代物流体系;设立区域合作发展协调委员会,及时解决一体化发展中的突出问题。     

Assessment of histomorphological features of the sternal end of the fourth rib for age estimation in Koreans

The aim of this study was to assess the histomorphological features of the fourth rib and to develop age-predicting equations for Koreans. Sixty-four rib samples (36 males and 28 females) obtained from forensic cases were used for developing equations. Two thin sections (<100-microm thick) per sample were prepared by manual grinding. Multivariate analysis of covariance revealed statistically significant differences in age-adjusted histomorphological variables between sexes. Using stepwise regression analysis, osteon population density and average osteon area were correlated with unknown sex (r2 = 0.826), and sex plus two histomorphological variables provided the best results for an age-predicting equation given the assumption of knowing the sex of a specimen (r2 = 0.839). Average Haversian canal area had little influence on age estimation for male or female samples, and relative cortical area was not significantly related to age for any specimen.

1931年7月，在日本精心策划和挑唆下，中朝民众因租地出现对立，酿成了万宝山事件。朝鲜民众不明真相，甚至以日本撑腰而将矛头对准在朝鲜的华侨，掀起了惨无人道的“排华运动”。朝鲜排华运动发生后，中国国民政府采取妥协的方针和立场，并借此提出“攘外必先安内”的国策，从而导致了中国驻日公使汪荣宝的被免职     

体系转换理论视角下的朝鲜半岛安全问题

体系结构主要包括权力分配和"交往力度"两个变量。在东北亚区域权力结构失衡的条件下,实现整个地区由消极的权力结构向积极的权力结构的转换,是由两个相互叠加的进程共同构建的。一个是东北亚地区各国交往力度加深并逐渐建立积极的体系结构的过程;另一个就是在区域各国自制的条件下朝韩两国的合作过程。     

19世纪东北亚国际关系刍议

19世纪是东北亚国际关系的形成时期,该世纪下半叶,中、日、俄三国间的传统关系发生巨变,朝鲜成为列强争夺的焦点并首次提出三八线问题。由于欧美列强的强行介入,延续了几个世纪的华夷朝贡体系终结,东北亚国际关系由两国间的双边关系演变为多国互动和相互制衡,典型的近代国际关系形成。     

日资出逃对中国制造业的影响——基于可计算一般均衡模型CGE的模拟分析

基于可计算一般均衡模型CGE的模拟分析结果表明,在继续大力实施吸引外资政策的前提下,即使由于政治等因素,日本缩减对华投资,除对日资依赖性较强的炼焦、煤气及石油加工业等资源加工业外,日资的出逃对大多数制造业不会有大的影响。     

延边朝鲜族人口可持续发展研究

人口发展是可持续发展的关键。近十年以来,延边朝鲜族人口呈现负增长态势,严重影响了延边人口可持续发展。延边经济滞后是延边朝鲜族人口低出生、高死亡、负增长的根本原因。尽快建立社会保障制度、大力发展延边地方经济,是现阶段解决延边人口负增长、保证延边人口可持续发展的必要举措。     

Attitudes toward Domestic Violence in Korean and Vietnamese Immigrant Communities: Implications for Human Services

The present study examined the effects of gender, ethnicity, acculturation level, age, and education level of Korean and Vietnamese Americans on their attitudes toward domestic violence. The sample consisted of 229 Koreans and 184 Vietnamese, recruited from ethnic communities and college campuses in southern California. Participants completed a brief questionnaire, which included the Revised Attitudes toward Wife Abuse Scale (RAWA) and the Marin and Marin Acculturation Scale as well as demographic variables. Gender, education, and acculturation level emerged as significant predictors of attitudes toward domestic violence. More specifically, men as well as those who were less acculturated and less educated were more likely to endorse pro-violence attitudes. While there were no significant ethnic differences in the global attitude toward domestic violence between the two immigrant groups, there were specific inter-ethnic differences on select items of the RAWA scale.
