新时期加强与改革刑侦工作的思考

新时期刑事侦查工作面临着巨大挑战,侦查部门必须通过推进侦查模式的多元化、改革刑侦基础工作、实施精确打击和建立良性刑侦工作激励机制来推动刑侦工作的改革和发展。     

新加四妙汤治疗痛风性关节炎36例临床观察

目的:观察新加四妙汤治疗痛风性关节炎的疗效。方法:将痛风性关节炎患者64例分为两组,中药组36例予新加四妙汤治疗,西药组28例予立加利仙(苯溴马隆)及芬必得治疗,观察两组治疗前后临床疗效、血尿酸及血沉的变化。结果:治疗组在改善临床症状,降低血尿酸、血沉等方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:新加四妙汤对痛风性关节炎有较好的疗效,能够降低痛风性关节炎患者的血尿酸和血沉。     

专精特新企业学术型高管与企业持续创新——企业激励机制与风险承担水平的双调节效应

在逆全球化情境下,推动中小企业专精特新发展,有助于我国突破“卡脖子”技术瓶颈。文章以国家级专精特新小巨人上市公司为研究对象,实证检验了学术型高管对专精特新小巨人企业持续创新的影响机制。研究发现,学术型高管能够促进专精特新小巨人企业持续创新;完善的企业激励机制、较高的企业风险承担水平会强化学术型高管对企业持续创新的正向作用;在区域知识产权保护强度较大、学术型高管担任关键职位时,学术型高管对企业持续创新的正向影响更为明显。研究结论丰富了企业家特质研究的情境机制,并对我国引导中小企业走“专精特新”发展道路,夯实制造业发展基础及推动经济高质量发展具有指导意义。     

From newspapers to social media? Changing dynamics in Swiss direct democratic campaigns

Switzerland is a laggard in terms of digital campaigning. Direct democratic votes, more particularly, are centered around issues and little personalized. Combined with the specificities of voters’ information behaviour in direct democratic campaigns, these features are likely to disincentivize political actors from extensively campaigning online. Instead, we expect political actors to continue relying on traditional media. These propositions are tested on a large data base of social media posts and newspaper advertisements published before direct democratic votes held in Switzerland from 1981 to 2020 and 2010 to 2020, respectively. Counterintuitively, this research note finds a strong discontinuity in campaign communication practices. Over the past decades, and between 2010 and 2020 in particular, newspaper ads have become less central to direct democratic campaign communication. At the same time, political actors are increasingly shifting their communication to the digital sphere.

经济人假设是传统经济学理论大厦的基石。现代经济学前沿分支学科对经典经济人有三个不同方向的新解释 :一是对经典经济人的修修补补 ,使经济人更加贴近现实 ;二是坚持经典经济人 ,并进一步发展经济人的理性 ;三是抛弃经典经济人 ,研究理性和非理性行为结合的现实人。在对经济人新的不同解释的基础上 ,经济学与相关学科进一步融合 ,在学科交叉的边缘产生一系列新的经济学分支学科。

东盟自由贸易区建设使东盟合作机制具有了越来越多的正式色彩.这种变化并不是事先刻意而为的,而是为解决协议不执行问题、通过讨价还价逐渐演化而成的.东盟国家之所以没有一味地固守其传统的合作特性,而是有所变化,主要是因为作为一种经济合作安排,东盟自由贸易区不仅关系到东盟国家的经济增长和政治安全,也关系到东盟作为整体在国际上的信誉.     

Whither the Liberal Democratic Model? Immigration Politics in Switzerland and Japan

A comparison of Japan's and Switzerland's immigration policies disclaims both globalist and public choice explanations that would predict a similar increase in immigrant numbers and an expansion of immigrant rights in liberal democracies. Although both countries have traditionally espoused a rather exclusionary approach towards immigration, Japan is unique in having hitherto succeeded in preempting large numbers of immigrants from entering the country and in having avoided the legal and societal integration of those migrants already present in its territory. In seeking to explain the different trajectories followed by immigration politics in Japan and Switzerland, despite their similar internal and external economic constellations, this article highlights the role of domestic institutions and norms in filtering economic pressure for immigration. Whereas these internal determinants explain to a large degree why Switzerland has become a country of immigration while Japan has not, the central factor explaining the recent expansion of foreign residents’ rights in Switzerland lies not so much in internal determinants but in the country‘s progressing approximation to the European Union and its single market. Notwithstanding these differences, the article concludes that Japan‘s greater resistance to change might now have reached a critical juncture, where demographic pressure and economic demand will make an opening up to increased labor migration unavoidable.
