西方道德文化的现代性嬗变

西方道德文化在从前现代到现代的历史嬗变中，其理论范式和内涵都发生了深刻的变化。前现代的德性追求为现代的道德功利主义所代替，现代德性论在文化内涵上也出现了重大的变更。同时，现代道德危机与道德冲突日益凸显出道德文化现代性的尴尬境遇。     

社会公德研究综述

公民社会公德问题是构建和谐社会的一个重要组成部分，它关系到和谐社会建设的成败。因此，对社会公德的深入研究显得尤为迫切。     

The untouchables of law

This paper discusses two main theses in Ronald Dworkin’s legal theory: (i) law is institutionalized political morality and (ii) there is pervasive theoretical disagreement about how to fix truth conditions for the propositions of law. The author argues that the first thesis is compatible with the distinction between the law as it is and the law as it should be. Regarding the second thesis, the author attempts to show that the need for a fulcrum of disagreement requires accepting that law contains certain institutional parts whose role makes them unsuitable subjects for a moral reading.     

试论诚信道德准则在经济社会发展中的作用

在中国现代经济社会的发展过程中,信用缺失造成了大量的经济损毁,从反面说明了诚信道德准则的现代意义及内涵.在现代社会特别是社会主义市场经济体制下,必须坚持德治与法治结合,传承中华信德文明,恪守诚信道德准则.     

性爱与婚姻的困惑——“第三者”民事责任的理论与现实之探讨

是否应对第三者课以民事责任成为这次婚姻法修改论争的焦点。笔者认为 ,追究第三者的法律责任缺乏理论支撑 ,又缺乏现实基础。目前理论上所提出的配偶权 ,以及由此生发出来的同居义务、贞操义务均无法诠释第三者的法律责任。从现实上来看 ,第三者问题广泛而且复杂 ,第三者概念模糊难以界定 ,其程序也具有不可操作性。因此 ,第三者问题由道德调整是较为现实的选择。     

Organizational morality： The ecosystem of public utilities

The tensions which underlie the decision-making process in public organizations are not a new phenomenon. The strategic area of public decisions is characterized by the following concepts of performance, results and profits, and even competencies of managers. The evolution of public management research leads us to present a new approach of this context. We argue in this paper that the systems and institutions that promote good governance and organizational integrity are directly linked with the competencies of managers and the morality and fairness of the organization. In this context, the question is the following： How can this complexity and integrity be managed in public organizations？

经济全球化对发展中国家的影响是一把双刃剑,在为发展中国家提供跨越式发展机遇的同时,也使一些人淡忘国家意识,消解民族身份,失去对传统的认同感。这对我国的大学德育有相当大的冲击和挑战。
