新生代农民工精神文化需求问题探析

新生代农民工作为一个新兴的群体,是实现构建和谐社会伟大战略的重要推动者。随着社会的不断发展,新生代农民工对精神文化的需求将呈现一个不断上升的趋势,但是,在多元文化、经济收入、社会制度、自身条件等因素的影响下,新生代农民工在思想文化、娱乐文化、科技服务、社会交往等方面的精神文化需求却难以得到满足。解决这些问题需要政府、社会、企业以及新生代农民工主体等多方面共同努力。     

Carpool Karaoke: deconstructing the directly lived experience of hearing oneself singing

The various ways whereby spatial conditions afford to monumentalize culture and to appropriate geographically demarcated places in terms of individual and collective meaning structures has been amply documented in urban cultural studies. However, considerably less attention has been paid to how cultural identity is produced against the background of musical temporality. By way of a phenomenological inquiry into the staged spectacle of James Corden’s (the host of CBS Network’s Late Late Show) Carpool Karaoke, this paper addresses the issues of directly lived experience and authenticity as facets of cultural identity. By critically discussing the assumptions of self-presence and auto-affectivity while singing and listening to one’s sung voice against the background of pre-recorded songs, the notion of directly lived musical experience is put to the test. Furthermore, by examining the dramaturgical scaffolding of Carpool Karaoke, the analysis points to wider implications for post-modern cultural studies in terms of an identified ironic reversal of modernist universal criteria of legitimacy in favor of a celebration of post-modern being-with inauthentically. The analysis of the selected Carpool Karaoke corpus utilizes a resourceful blend of phenomenological method, semiotics and interpretive videography while challenging embedded orthodoxies in the extant literature.

十六大以来党的生态文明建设思想探析

十六大以来,党的生态文明建设思想的形成和发展经历了准备酝酿、明确提出和科学定位三个历史阶段。生态文明建设思想的实现路径主要有五个方面。其中,调整经济结构和转变经济增长方式是根本途径,建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会是实践平台,建立健全法律法规和制度体系是坚实保障,扩大国际生态环境合作和交流是重要内容,强化宣传教育和扩大社会参与是重要方法。     

论《庄子》寓言中的技匠形象

与先秦诸子文章相比较,《庄子》寓言中出现了较多的技匠类人物形象。《庄子》作者深受上古文化观念的影响。其特定的社会地位、生活经历,也决定了《庄子》寓言的价值趋向。＂道＂是庄子哲学的本体,运用技匠类人物形象的目的在于以＂技＂释＂道＂,技匠技术之精妙正好说明＂道＂的自然无为。     

“出草”：一个猎头习俗的文学社会学旅程

“出草”猎人头，是一种消逝了的先民习俗，并非台湾原住民独有，但对“出草”的书写，却是台湾近代以来活生生的文化载体。“出草”在战后台湾文学中被呈现的面容，或诉说了几百年间原住民族的生存、抗争历史；或寄托着知识者缘少数族群问题进行的社会批判与反省，甚而，对萎弱的现代人格之出路的想象；或在当代意识形态与文化消费的背景下，成为某些主流论述——譬如多元文化主义——的注脚。本文追寻“出草”的文学旅程，一以探求战后知识者响应其时代、探寻思想出路的多重样貌；一以理解台湾的文化生态与现实政治。     

文化自觉视阈下大学特色建设

特色办校,特色强校,特色兴校,已成为我国高等教育大众化进程中许多学校的普遍共识。然而,目前许多特色大学的建设中存在着"特色"不"特",究其一个重要原因是由于许多大学忽视了大学发展中的文化因素。大学特色的建设路径有三:强化对大学文化的认知;促进特色大学的多元化和多样性;创新和构建大学特色文化。     

The shadow block: Female bonding in quilters

In these brief notes, the author's aim is to situate Born in Flames historically, including within the history of feminist theory. His starting point for thinking through this film was the presumption that what it means now differs from what it meant in its own time. While that would be true of almost any text, it has seemed to the author that Born in Flames, as an incendiary text, is extraordinarily provocative in the very ways that make it now seem “dated.” It remains inspiring, however, because it offers a vision of intersectional political coalition more radical than any feature film that we are likely to see now, despite the influence of decades of feminist, queer, and critical race studies. Revisiting the discourses the film generated at the time of its release, the author has come to recognize that, though times and the trends in theory have changed since 1983, the stakes of the revolution in the film have not. It presents a desire to make the world otherwise, economically and culturally.     

文化建设:马克思主义时代化的一个视角

中国共产党在90多年的奋斗历程中,始终高度重视文化建设。从新民主主义文化到加强精神文明建设,从建设中国特色社会主义先进文化到构建和谐文化,党的历代中央领导集体以文化建设推进马克思主义时代化。面对当今时代潮流和中国社会实际,要建设社会主义文化强国,就必须坚持以文化建设推进马克思主义时代化。     

多元法律文化的整合路径探析

中国法律文化总体上处于一种多元、落后和冲突状态,但也存在着整合的可能。中国法律文化的构建就是对当前中国社会中多元性的法律文化的整合过程,这是一个从多元冲突到共同繁荣的发展过程。通过交流、沟通、互动、吸收、整合来消解冲突,进而构建起一个先进的和谐的法律文化系统,为我国的法治现代化和司法制度改革提供强大的精神动力。
