论以可持续发展为目标的产业结构调整

当前,我国正处在一个重要的经济结构调整期,产业结构的不合理已经严重地阻碍了可持续发展的进程.因此,我国的产业结构调整问题不仅仅是一个结构调整问题,而且必须与可持续发展紧密联系起来.     

纳西族文化变迁中的非均衡性

文化变迁是一场纷繁复杂、生动万千的过程 ,不是某种文化在同一时间全部发生变迁。从纵向看 ,文化变迁的速度越来越快 ;从横向上看 ,文化变迁始于文化中某个成分的变化。一个民族与周围民族的交往 ,往往会打破其文化运作的均衡状态 ,又终因文化的整体性特征而形成新的平衡。由于民族间及国家间交往的频繁 ,文化变迁中的自变量越来越难以预测     

比较法视野下的劳动者集体争议行动之法律规制

利益调整所引发的集体争议行动是市场经济背景下劳资争议的重要型态。基于劳资自治的保障需求,大多市场经济国家(地区)对劳动者集体争议行动这种侵权行为予以有限制的法律保护。我国因加薪所引发的集体停工频发,凸显了法律对集体争议行动失范及其法律秩序重构的必要。借鉴国外立法例,结合国情,我国宜采取消极立法模式,通过特殊的法律责任豁免制度和特殊的劳资利益争议处理程序,以规范劳动者集体争议行动。     

现状与展望:城市化视域中我国城镇行政区划调整

当代中国的行政区划调整是与城市化相伴而生的,二者之间呈现出互助发展的规律。城市化进程中的行政区划调整模式表现为:撤县设区、设立新的市辖区、合并市辖区、扩大市区地域范围以及综合调整等。不同的调整模式有着不同的特点,总体上呈现出缺乏科学的整体规划,具有一定的盲目性;缺乏具体标准,具有一定的随意性;缺乏科学的认识,具有一定的片面性等特征。本文认为,随着城市化的进一步推进,城镇行政区划调整应与推进城镇化发展相结合、与区域内资源合理配置相结合、与地方行政管理体制创新相结合。     

谈谈英语课学生注意力的调控

调控英语课堂学生的注意力除了要教育学生明确英语学习的重要性外,还应在注重英语教师的自身修养和形象,做到教学内容新颖、语言标准,针对学生特点与兴趣有的放矢,展开多样化的课堂教与练方式,注意教学媒体和教具的变换和运用,把握教学节奏等方面下功夫。

加快国有经济的战略性调整 ,必须首先从理论上解决思想认识问题。国有经济比重的降低不等于社会主义因素的减少 ;国有资本和国有企业的有偿转让 ,按照国际社会的说法属于“私有化” ,但我国绝不能因此有损公有制的主体地位和国有经济的主导地位 ;国有经济逐步退出竞争领域是必然趋势 ;国有经济的主导作用主要在于防止私人资本对国计民生的垄断 ,而不是通过股份制形式控制更多的民有资本     

Existential Anxiety in Adolescents: Prevalence, Structure, Association with Psychological Symptoms and Identity Development

Existential anxiety is hypothesized to be a core human issue in a great deal of theoretical and philosophical writing. However, little is known about the emergence of these concerns and their relation to emotional functioning in youth. The purpose of this study was to examine the phenomenon of existential anxiety in a sample of adolescents. Data on existential concerns, identity development and psychological symptoms were collected on a sample of 139 youth in grades 9–12. Results indicated that existential anxiety concerns have a theoretically consistent factor structure, are common among adolescents, and are associated with psychological symptoms, as well as identity issues. Results are discussed with regard to the importance of existential concerns in the lives of youth and the need for additional research.Received PhD from Florida International University. 冷战后美国亚太联盟战略的调整

冷战后美国的亚太联盟体系经历了过渡与调整两个阶段。与冷战时期相比 ,延续大于变化。冷战后美国亚太联盟的深化与拓展主要体现在两个方面 :一是联盟内部的功能性调整 ;二是双边同盟之间的协调加强。今后美国亚太联盟的变革仍将以渐进方式进行 ,突出制度化建设 ,同时增加联盟合作的高技术含量。     

Antecedents and Outcomes of Self-Determination in 3 Life Domains: The Role of Parents' and Teachers' Autonomy Support

Due to conceptualizations of autonomy as detachment and independence, research on the parenting–autonomy relationship in adolescence has yielded inconsistent results. In the present study, self-determination is proposed as an alternative way of tapping into the construct of autonomy. An integrated model of the relationships between perceived parenting and teaching styles, self-determination in 3 life-domains (school, social competence, and job-seeking behaviors), and specific adolescent outcomes, was investigated and confirmed. In 2 samples of mid-adolescents (N = 328 and N = 285), autonomy-supportive parenting was significantly related to self-determination in all life-domains. Autonomy-supportive teaching added significantly to the prediction of self-determination in the domains of school and job-seeking behaviors. Self-determination, in turn, was positively and specifically associated with measures of adjustment in the specific life-domains under investigation. Finally, in both studies, indications were found that self-determination acts as an intervening variable in the relation between the perceived interpersonal environment and adolescent adjustment.
