加强和改进高校师德建设问题研究

教育大计,教师为本;教师大计,师德为本。高校教师是我国高等教育发展的主力军,是师德建设的践行者。高校师德建设不仅关系到教师面向社会大众的形象维护,更关系到我国教育事业发展和创新型国家战略的建设。因此,加强和改进师德建设对高校教育教学发展,提升教师职业素养有着非常重要的意义。     

正确认识图书馆的核心价值

图书馆核心价值是一个多层次和多元的有机统一体，是图书馆事业的基础。图书馆核心价值由社会核心价值与职业核心价值两部分组成，图：传馆外在的社会核心价值包括公开性、公益性、独特性、共享性、恒定性五个方面，而内在的职业核心价值包括最大化地创造图书馆的信息资源效益、确保知识的自由获取、制定适合信息时代图书馆发展方向的职业制度。     

西北农村留守妇女社会支持网络对其心理健康的影响:来自甘肃省的调查发现

本文旨在了解西北农村留守妇女的社会支持网络状况及心理健康状况,并探究其社会支持网络特征对心理健康的影响。通过抽取甘肃省311名农村留守妇女为被试,采用社会支持网络量表和SCL-90量表进行调查,结果发现西北农村留守妇女的社会支持网络表现出规模偏小、强关系成员占多数、异质性较低、趋同性较高的特征;西北农村留守妇女群体的心理健康水平显著低于成年正常女性。此外,研究还发现西北农村留守妇女社会支持网络规模对其心理健康具有显著的负向影响,网络异质性、趋同性与其心理健康也有一定的相关关系。

论网络媒体公信力的塑造

互联网作为一种新兴的媒体，其社会影响力越来越大，但与传统媒体相比，其公信力较低已成为影响我国互联网健康发展的一个突出问题，也在很大程度上降低了网络媒体在受众心目中的应有地位。媒体的权威性、信息的原创性、内容的真实性、传播的即时性、格调的高雅性影响网络媒体的公信力。提高网络媒体公信力，需要政府、网络媒体、社会和公众的共同努力，主要包括：强化政府监管；加快制定和完善网络立法：加强网站自身建设；提高采编人员专业素质；报网结合；建立平民式舆论监管机构：树立人人都是把关人的理念；加强受众需求研究。     

Network structure and collaborative innovation processes—A comparative analysis of two elderly service networks in Shanghai

How does the structure of government‐funded service networks affect the process of service innovation? We have conducted a comparative analysis of the structure and processes of collaborative innovation of 2 government‐funded community‐based elderly service networks in Shanghai. We have found that in consistent with the literature, a network that has a network administrative organization structure is better able to manage the process of service innovation in a way that balances the need to achieve government policy goals on the one hand and the imperative to facilitate bottom‐up citizen participation on the other. Surprisingly, contrary to what prior studies have suggested, we have found that a network in which a lead organization plays a dominant role, despite its more centralized process of service innovation, is often able to deliver a variety of high‐quality and low‐cost services addressing citizens' needs. With the leadership provided by the network lead organization and its close affiliation with the street‐office government, the network has been able to solicit government support. Such a hierarchical yet responsive state‐society relation has emerged as a result of the coalescence of a corporatist state legacy and an increasing pressure for local governments to seek citizens' support in service delivery.     

Conflict resolution classrooms to careers: an emergent theory of change with implications for a strategy in peace education

Peace education provides for the development of knowledge, skills, and dispositions appropriate to effective peacebuilding. Therefore, the development of curriculum in degree programs which builds bridges by which students in conflict resolution/peace studies classrooms may cross over to the field of conflict transformation and peacebuilding may properly be thought of as within the sphere of peace education. This paper describes an emerging theory of change in the context of the peace education offered by a graduate and undergraduate program of conflict resolution. It is argued that employability exists at the nexus of student skills and attributes, and the demands of a labor market which a partnership between experienced practitioners and academics has a responsibility to inform and shape through outreach, education, practice, evaluation, research, and publication.     

对新颁布《公安机关人民警察职业道德规范》的解读与思考

2011年9月，公安部修订印发了《公安机关人民警察职业道德规范》（以下简称新《规范》）。新《规范》是在《公民道德建设实施纲要》的有力指导和公安队伍建设发展的与时俱进双重背景下对胡锦涛总书记“七一”讲话精神的贯彻。新《规范》体现了从表述形式到表述实质，从逻辑层次到可操作性，从时代性到原则性等一系列的特色，是对我国警察职业道德的丰富和发展。为充分发挥新《规范》的指导作用，我们要加强解读、深入阐释，重视建设、纳入机制，加强修养、不断提高。     

普通高校体育教师职业认同的对策研究——以吉林省普通高校体育教师职业认同状况为例

教师职业认同是当前教育领域研究的重点内容之一.以吉林省普通高校体育教师职业认同为研究对象,分析体育教师职业认同的影响因素,即社会地位与经济地位、学生及家长的满意度、学校对于教师的评价、职业与事业的理解.就改善普通高校体育教师职业认同进行的相应的对策,发现通过加强高校管理体制的人文化创新与高校管理体制的人文化创新的建设,能够从外因的改变促进体育教师内因的变化,进而有效的改善体育教师职业认同的现状.
