“范式”应纳入法律逻辑课的教学内容

为增强学生运用逻辑知识解决公安司法实践中的逻辑问题的能力,我们应对现行法律逻辑教材内容进行补充或修改,增加一部分数理逻辑知识,把"范式"纳入法律逻辑学的教学内容.     

案件请示制度之废除及其功能替代——以中级法院的运作为出发点

案件请示制度作为我国法院审判工作的惯例,由于违背司法的本质和规律,受到理论和实务界的众多批判。立足于中院近年来请示案件的运作,通过实证分析,认为这一制度在因过多的消极功能违背司法规律应予废除的同时,应当建立相应的制度替代其承载的积极功能——主要是法律统一适用的功能,而通过审级制度改革和建立中国式判例制度不失为理性的选择。     

Genetic Polymorphisms of 15 STR Loci in Gansu Hui Population

The short tandem repeat （STR） markers are widely used in human identification and paternity testing in the field of forensic geneticsm. Recent re- searches on polymorphic STRs have led to their applications to population genetics, forensic DNA database, human individual identification, paternity testing, genetic mapping, disease linkage analysis, archaeology and potential inference of the ethnic o- rigin of an individual.     

Kuwait's economy,the economic status of the GCC in general and bilateral relations between the GCC and SADC

Focusing more on South Africa's international cultural‐political‐economic strengths and weaknesses than on current domestic affairs, as it moves away from apartheid, this article examines the new South Africa's chances for ascent (development) or descent (underdevelopment) within the world system. Politically, the State will remain weak by international standards. Economically, it is in decline, largely because it is uncompetitive internationally; and these negative trends well pre‐date the unrest and sanctions of the mid‐1980s. It is concluded that the new South Africa will be fortunate to maintain its present position in the medium‐term.

村民自治作为我国农村基层群众性自治组织形式和有效管理方式,其效能是积极的,收效是显著的,不管就其产生的原本价值而论,还是二十多年的实践过程而言,都充分地证明了这一点。对它的这一特点进行梳理并作充分论证,是写作本文的主旨。     

沙冬青生物碱对MDCC-MSB1细胞增殖抑制与诱导凋亡的影响

采用体外细胞培养技术、噻唑蓝(MTT)还原法、透射电子显微镜观察及流式细胞技术检测梯度浓度沙冬青总生物碱对体外培养鸡马立克氏病肿瘤HDCC-MSB1细胞的增殖抑制及诱导凋亡的作用。结果显示,沙冬青生物碱可显著抑制HDCC-MSB1细胞增殖,且这种抑制具有剂量和时间效应关系。经沙冬青生物碱作用的HDCC-MSB1细胞培养样本中有明显的DNA低含量颗粒(亚G1期峰),细胞周期各时相分布发生改变,细胞增殖在G1被阻滞,并进一步诱导HDCC-MSB1细胞凋亡。电子显微镜观察也表明,经沙冬青生物碱作用的HDCC-MSB1细胞培养样本中,大量HDCC-MSB1细胞凋亡。结果表明,沙冬青生物碱对HDCC-MSB1细胞增殖有显著抑制效应,其抑制机理为诱导HDCC-MSB1细胞凋亡。

监督目标的同向性、监督对象的特殊性、监督优势的互补性使得监察与检察协调衔接机制的构建具备了现实基础。构建监察与检察协调衔接机制应坚持权力独立行使、合法性、合理性、合目的性等一系列原则;应在确保程序公正、实体公正的基础上,实现打击腐败犯罪效率的最大化;应以权责明晰、运转顺畅、程序规范、权利保障为构建标准。具体到操作层面,构建监察与检察协调衔接机制的具体内容包括：确定刑事立案的主体及时间节点;明确监察机关级别管辖的范围;规范留置措施的适用以及完善逮捕后讯问、换押、线索移送等其他技术性细节。     

Some Lessons of the SDP for Labour's Present Predicament

Jeremy Corbyn's election and re‐election as Labour leader, together with the emergence of a new Conservative Prime Minister committed to Brexit, has led to renewed speculation about the possibility of a new party appealing to the ‘politically homeless’ in the centre and centre‐left of British politics. This article draws lessons from the SDP experience in the early 1980s. Are the structural conditions more favourable to the progressive centre‐left now than they were then? Is there the sociological, electoral and ideological space for a new party? Does first past the post remain an insuperable barrier to an electoral breakthrough? From whom and in what circumstances might the leadership for a new party come? For all the depth of Labour's current problems, a new party seems an unlikely immediate prospect. In 1981, the SDP made a major miscalculation about the irreversibility of Labour's decline. However, the process of fragmentation in British politics seems set to continue.
