益气药对气虚患者血液动力学及流变学作用的临床研究(附94例报告)

研究结果表明,气虚者全血比粘度、体外形成血栓的长度和重量,均较健康对照组增加(P<0.05～0.01);独参注射液可改善气虚症状,增加心搏出量、每分钟心输出量、每搏指数、心脏指数、左心室有效泵力、有效血容量,降低全血比粘度、全血粘度、微循环半更新及滞留时间、体外形成血栓的长度和重量,并均较治疗前有显著性差异(P<0.05～0.01)。证实了气虚致瘀、益气祛瘀的理论。     

延芍六君子汤治疗123例慢性胃脘痛

一、临床资料 全部病例均主诉胃脘疼痛,体检上腹部广泛性或局限性压痛,疼痛持续或发作时间在3个月以上。病史:3～6个月者23例,6个月以上者100例,最长达30年。性别与年龄;男性77例,女性46例;20岁以下2例,21～30岁25例,31～40岁34例,41～50岁31例,51～60岁24例,61～70岁7例。辨证:脾气虚弱者59例,挟肝郁者32例,挟肝火者20例,挟湿者7例,挟阴虚者5例。经纤维胃镜或胃肠钡餐X线造影检查,诊断慢性胃炎86例,胃、十二指肠溃疡13例,胃炎合并溃疡24例。     

人参注射液治疗冠心病心气虚证与心阴虚证的临床研究

We have researched clinical effect of treated 57 cases of heart-Qi deficiency and heart-Yin deficiency of coronary heart disease with Ginseng injections. The results indicate Ginseng can improve angina pectorss and electrocardiogram,hemorrheogical indices,external thrombogenesis,microcirculation s'' abnormality; degrease symptom indices of heart-Qi deficiency of coronary heart disease remarkablely. But Ginseng have worse effect of angina pectoris and electrocardiogram to heart-Yin deficiency than to heart-Qi;deficiency of coronary heart disease; and symptom indices. hemorrheogical indices, external thrombogenesis, microcirculation in heart-Yin deficiency worsen. These prove there must be syndrome-differentiation in treatment of coronary heart disease with Ginseng injections.     

中医虚证与红细胞内SOD活性相关性的研究

51例虚证患者红细胞内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著低于健康人及实证患者(P<0.05),其降低程度依次为气虚、阴虚和气阴两虚,且SOD的活性与虚证积分值呈负相关。

本文对“虚—淤—衰老”模式作了初步探讨,认为气旺、阴充、血液流畅是生命活动的生理基础。元气决定人的“天年”,阴精是生命活动的物质基础,气机升降出入有常,气血流畅是生命健康的必要条件。衰老虽是全身生理机能的减退,而气虚、阴亏、血淤是衰老的基本病机,随着增龄,脏腑气阴逐渐消耗,气机升降出入失常而淤滞,从而导致机体衰老。
