麻仁乳剂与麻仁丸的通便作用

麻仁乳剂与麻仁丸均有通便作用，灌胃给药，能显著增加小鼠排便粒数，提高炭末在小鼠小肠内的推进率；并能增加大鼠肠管容积与内容物重量，促进家兔在体肠管运动。

The authors of. this article have made an observation on the effects of a compound liquid -Compound Liquid for Fetus Protection - on contraction of the nonsevered and severed animal wombs.The results show that it can block nonidiosya-cratically the contraction of the smooth muscles of the womb caused by oxytocin, acetylcholine and histamine so as to relax the excited womb muscles. Thus it can be regarded as being effective to some extent in fetus protection.     

牧荆油乳液和牧荆油胶丸的药理作用及毒性

牧荆油乳液和牧荆油胶丸经灌胃给药，通过小鼠浓氨水喷雾法及电刺激猫喉上神经引咳法实验，表明有镇咳作用；用小鼠气管段排泌酚红法及大鼠毛细玻管排痰法实验，提示有祛痰作用：豚鼠雾引喘法显示有平喘作用。急慢性毒性试验证明，两种制剂毒性相似且很低，对大鼠心、肝肾等脏器无病理性损害。
