论循环经济的目标及其规范

循环经济的目标是生态效应,提高生态经济效率和实行3R原则还难以达到这个目标,需要转换思路,创新设计.循环经济立法以生态效应为导向,构建其法域、部门法和法律关系.     

价格调制制度与经济法理论的双向互动

价格调制制度是具有典型解剖意义的“微缩经济法”,具有突出的“经济性”特质和天然的中枢地位,对经济法的体系建构、规范论、运行论以及方法论的提炼,具有特别的注释和推动作用;而经济法的基本原理,尤其是横断层面的共通性原理,如主体的差异性、权责的不均衡性、经济法的体制构成和实现论、调制绩效原则和协调平衡的理念、经济法上体制分权原理等等,对于价格制度的发展和完善以及价格调制制度与整个经济法及其组成部门之间的整合协调,具有重要的指引和建设作用。两者双向互动,相辅相成。     

大鼠急性心肌缺血再灌流损伤c-fos mRNA原位杂交实验研究

目的 探讨急性心肌缺血和/或再灌流早期不同时间不同区域心肌细胞内原癌基因c-fos mRNA表达变化,为心肌早期缺血死后诊断提供依据。方法 复制心肌早期缺血模型,大鼠分为正常、缺血及缺血再灌流组。采用原位杂交方法结合图像分析与统计学处理方法研究心肌细胞内c-fos mRNA表达情况。结果 缺血10min再灌流30min,部分大鼠再灌流区心肌细胞胞浆内c-fos mRNA弱阳性反应,散在分布。缺血60min再灌流30min时达高峰,120min开始减弱。正常和单纯缺血组中缺血少于60min组未见有阳性表达。HE染色无明显病理改变。结论 原位杂交法检测c-fos mRNA方法灵敏特异,有望成为一项急性心肌缺血/再灌流早期损伤的诊断指标。     

新《保险法》对中国海上保险合同法律的影响

2009年2月公布的《中华人民共和国保险法》在很多方面进行了重大的修改,势必对中国海上保险合同法律制度产生重要影响。一方面是对海上保险合同法律的补充,另一方面同《中华人民共和国海商法》在海上保险合同不少制度和规则上出现了程度不同的差异。而这些也为后者未来的修改提供了丰富的素材和良好的借鉴蓝本。     

Postmortem Blood Concentrations of R‐ and S‐Enantiomers of Methadone and EDDP in Drug Users: Influence of Co‐Medication and P‐glycoprotein Genotype

Abstract: We investigated toxicological and pharmacogenetic factors that could influence methadone toxicity using postmortem samples. R‐ and S‐methadone were measured in femoral blood from 90 postmortem cases, mainly drug users. The R‐enantiomer concentrations significantly exceeded that of the S‐enantiomers (Wilcoxon’s test, p < 0.001). The samples were divided into four groups according to other drugs detected (methadone only, methadone and strong analgesics, methadone and benzodiazepines, or methadone and other drugs). There was no significant difference in any of the R‐methadone/total methadone ratios among the four groups. The median R/S ratio was 1.38, which tends to be higher than that reported for the plasma of living subjects. In addition, we investigated whether small nucleotide polymorphisms in the MDR1 gene that encode the drug transporter P‐glycoprotein were associated with the concentrations of R‐ and S‐methadone and its metabolite 2‐ethylidene‐1,5‐dimethyl‐3,3‐diphenylpyrrolidine. No significant association was detected.     

Advancing measures of innovation in the United States

This paper introduces major themes addressed in this special issue, which is based on NSF's Division of Science Resources Statistics (SRS) workshop Advancing Measures of Innovation—Knowledge Flows, Business Metrics, and Measurement Strategies, held on June 6-7, 2006 near Washington, D.C. The first two sections describe the workshop and provide a brief background on R & D and innovation metrics. The last section introduces the papers. They are based on selected workshop presentations along with additional invited papers.

Constructing patient–psychiatrist relations in psychiatric hospitals: the role of space and personal action

This essay investigates the role of space and personal action in the construction of patient–psychiatrist relations at psychiatric hospitals. In order to explore such a theme, the writings of R.D. Laing prove to be salutary. This is namely accredited to Laing's tenet that the staff and patients of a psychiatric hospital are institutionalised by both physical structures and personal action. A central approach taken in this essay is to explore Laing's theory through an inter-textual reading of Michel Foucault's Madness and Civilization (1967) and Erving Goffman's Asylums (1961).     

Digitizing Peircean semiotics to analyze students’ peer-review comments: classroom use of an application in open-source R

ABSTRACT

Statistical software applications are increasingly used to measure student engagement in the classroom. However, more work remains to be done to clarify how meaning is created and measured in classroom settings. With the growing use of technology in the classroom, students’ peer review has become a standard practice to improve students’ writing skills. This article examines the use of an open-source R software application based on Peirce’s sign theory to analyze students’ peer-review comments. Peer review is the assessment of student or professional work by others. The importance of open-source R as a platform lies in the fact that users can extend its code without having to ask permission. The results suggest a new approach, based on computational and social semiotics, to the assessment of students’ peer-review comments in higher education.
