对高等职业教育发展中存在问题的反思

我国高等职业教育迅猛发展的同时,也对高职教育的发展存在着种种认识误区。面对国家扩招政策,很多学校存在急功近利的问题。而高职院校教育投入不足;实习实训所需教育资源短缺;"双师型"教师匮乏又成为制约高职教育发展的瓶颈。因此,高职教育要走上快速发展的道路,一要给高职教育准确定位;二要政府加大对高职教育的扶持力度,提供财力和政策支持;三要强化实训环节,促进产学研结合;四要造就一支专兼职结合的"双师型"师资队伍。

Analysis on the Mistakes in Professional Education Development

There are mistakes in the cognition to professional education development while they are developing rapidly.They are mainly: pursuing quick results,short in practice and training investment,and short of teachers with two specialties,which is also the bottleneck to the development of professional colleges.So if they really want to develop with fast speed,professional education should be correctly positioned,intensify support from the government from finance and policy,enlarge training to promote the combination of working,studying and researching,and build up a team of teachers with double specialties.
