社会主义建设初期党的干部教育初探

加强干部教育是我们党的优良传统。1956—1966年，为适应大规模开展社会主义建设的要求，我们党开展了大规模干部教育培训工作。教育培训中坚持“又红又专”的干部标准，政治理论学习与业务学习相结合，脱产培训和劳动实践中培训相结合，为社会主义建设培养了一支可靠的党员干部队伍。
