| 摘 要： | 《中国法学向何处去》一文倡导中国法学研究者摆脱"现代化范式"的支配,实现法学的中国化.法学中国化的障碍一是现行教育体制和学术评价体系,二是绝对价值的缺失.只有解决了这两个问题,中国法律理想图景才能真正建立.

| Abstract: | "Chinese Jurisprudence Where to go" suggests Chinese scholars should dispense the control of modernization form and realize the nativization of jurisprudence.There are two problems on the nativization of jurisprudence,one is current system of education and system of academic valuation,the other one is the losing of absolute value.Chinese legal ideal picture can not be built until the problems are resolved. |
