| Abstract: | From the analysis of the economy determining law,the economic foundation of international lies produce from the international trade companies with the working of production factor.From the institutional basis of the market economy,the legislation of the international private law is realistic and urgent;From the icroeconomic angle,the value of legislative benefit about our country international private law to guide practice now,and it is necessarry to considerate the actual cost of the legislation. |
