| 摘 要： | 俄罗斯东部地区旅游资源丰富、多样，且具有鲜明的地域特色，可利用的旅游资源和可开发的旅游项目很多。但是，目前这一地区旅游资源的开发利用率不高，旅游规划及基础设施建设的速度较慢，所以旅游业的整体发展相对滞后于俄罗斯欧洲地区。

| Abstract: | Russia＇s east tourist resources are rich and various with distinctive features. The usable resources and tourist projects able to be developed are many. But, due to a low rate of development and use of the resources in the area and a slow tourist pmgramming and building of infrastructure ,the overall development of its tourism comparably lags behind that of Russian European region. |
