| Abstract: | Staff′s culture is the essential part of socialistic advancing culture.It embodies the spirit of safeguarding the staff′s rights.Its principle is the carrier of the staff′s culture.We can meet the need of improving staff′s culture by the activities to improve the quality of the staff,to advance the construction of enterprise culture,and to promote the harmonious development of enterprise. |
